CVE-2026-90311 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: thermal: hwmon: Remove hwmon class device along with its parent The current code creates one hwmon device per thermal zone type and that device is registered under the first thermal zone of the given type. That turns out to be problematic when the thermal zone holding the hwmon device is removed. For example, say that there are two ACPI thermal zones on a system /sys/devices/virtual/thermal/thermal_zone0/ /sys/devices/virtual/thermal/thermal_zone1/ The current code registers a hwmon class device for thermal_zone0 only: /sys/devices/virtual/thermal/thermal_zone0/hwmon0/ because the type is "acpitz" for both of them, but it adds a sysfs attribute that belongs to thermal_zone1 under it: /sys/devices/virtual/thermal/thermal_zone0/hwmon0/temp2_input There is also /sys/devices/virtual/thermal/thermal_zone0/hwmon0/temp1_input which belongs to thermal_zone0. When thermal_zone0 is removed, say because the ACPI thermal driver is unbound from the underlying platform device, thermal_remove_hwmon_sysfs() skips the removal of hwmon0 because of the temp2_input attribute belonging to thermal_zone1 which effectively prevents thermal_zone0 removal from making progress. Address this by making thermal_remove_hwmon_sysfs() remove the entire hwmon class device interface for the given thermal zone type when the thermal zone device holding it is removed. To prevent races with thermal_add_hwmon_sysfs() that may interfere with this, carry out the entire addition and removal of hwmon sysfs interfaces for thermal zones under thermal_hwmon_list_lock. Also adjust the layout of the labels in thermal_add_hwmon_sysfs() to the current kernel coding style to align with the new "unlock" label.
CVE-2026-89975 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvme-fabrics: fix DHCHAP secret leak on parse failure nvmf_parse_options() duplicates dhchap_secret and dhchap_ctrl_secret with match_strdup() before validating the DHHC-1: representation. If validation fails, the parser returns -EINVAL before the temporary string in p is assigned to opts->dhchap_secret or opts->dhchap_ctrl_secret. nvmf_create_ctrl() subsequently frees opts, but nvmf_free_options() cannot release the unassigned temporary string. Each rejected option therefore leaks one allocation. This is easy to miss because valid secrets transfer ownership to opts and are freed normally, while the malformed-secret path still returns the expected -EINVAL to userspace. With CONFIG_NVME_HOST_AUTH enabled, the leak is reachable before the required-option checks and transport lookup. No NVMe-oF target or working transport connection is required; for example, repeatedly writing dhchap_secret=BAD or dhchap_ctrl_secret=BAD to /dev/nvme-fabrics deterministically takes the leaking parse path. Free the temporary string before leaving both validation error paths. Use kfree_sensitive() because the copied option may contain secret material even when its representation is rejected, matching the sensitive cleanup used for stored DHCHAP secrets.
CVE-2026-91526 1 Oracle 1 Bi Publisher 2026-10-21 4.7 Medium
Vulnerability in the Oracle BI Publisher product of Oracle Analytics (component: Web Server). Supported versions that are affected are 8.2.0.0.0, 12.2.1.4.0 and 26.01.0.0.0. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle BI Publisher. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Oracle BI Publisher, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle BI Publisher accessible data as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle BI Publisher accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 4.7 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N).
CVE-2026-72398 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sctp: add INIT verification after cookie unpacking In SCTP handshake, the INIT chunk is initially processed by the server and embedded into the cookie carried in INIT-ACK. The client then returns this cookie via COOKIE-ECHO, where the server unpacks it and reconstructs the original INIT chunk. When cookie authentication is enabled, the cookie contents are protected against tampering, so reusing the unpacked INIT without re-verification is safe. However, when cookie authentication is disabled, the reconstructed INIT can no longer be trusted. In this case, the INIT must be explicitly validated after unpacking to avoid processing potentially tampered data. Add sctp_verify_init() checks after cookie unpacking in COOKIE-ECHO processing paths (sctp_sf_do_5_1D_ce() and sctp_sf_do_5_2_4_dupcook()) when cookie_auth_enable is disabled. On failure, the new association is freed and the packet is discarded. Also tighten cookie validation in sctp_unpack_cookie() by verifying the embedded chunk type is SCTP_CID_INIT before treating it as an INIT chunk. Finally, update sctp_verify_init() to validate parameter bounds using the actual embedded INIT length instead of chunk->chunk_end, since the INIT stored in COOKIE-ECHO may not span the entire chunk buffer.
CVE-2026-72325 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-21 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: perf/x86/amd/core: Avoid enabling BRS from the SVM reload path Branch Sampling (BRS) and Last Branch Record (LBR) are mutually exclusive hardware features, and users of both are tracked via cpuc->lbr_users. When SVM is toggled on a CPU, the host perf events are reprogrammed to update the HostOnly filter bit (set when virtualization is enabled, cleared when it is disabled). On PerfMonV2-capable processors, this reprogramming is performed by calling amd_pmu_enable_all() to rewrite the event selectors. However, amd_pmu_enable_all() also calls amd_brs_enable_all(), which enables BRS whenever cpuc->lbr_users > 0. Having active LBR events satisfies this gating on processors that have LBR but not BRS. The kernel then tries to set the BRS enable bit in DebugExtnCfg (MSR 0xc000010f). Since that bit is deprecated on such hardware, the write results in a #GP: Call Trace: <IRQ> amd_pmu_enable_all+0x1d/0x90 amd_pmu_disable_virt+0x62/0xb0 kvm_arch_disable_virtualization_cpu+0xa/0x40 [kvm] hardware_disable_nolock+0x1a/0x30 [kvm] __flush_smp_call_function_queue+0x9b/0x410 __sysvec_call_function+0x18/0xc0 sysvec_call_function+0x69/0x90 </IRQ> <TASK> asm_sysvec_call_function+0x16/0x20 RIP: 0010:cpuidle_enter_state+0xc4/0x450 ? cpuidle_enter_state+0xb7/0x450 cpuidle_enter+0x29/0x40 cpuidle_idle_call+0xf5/0x160 do_idle+0x7b/0xe0 cpu_startup_entry+0x26/0x30 start_secondary+0x115/0x140 secondary_startup_64_no_verify+0x194/0x19b </TASK> Fix this by ensuring that BRS is not enabled from the event selector reprogramming path even when cpuc->lbr_users > 0.
CVE-2026-107127 2026-10-21 7.5 High
The Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash WordPress plugin before 3.8.2 does not validate the origin of a password-reset request, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to set the password of a user who is partway through a password reset to an attacker-chosen value through a forged request, resulting in full account takeover.
CVE-2026-86611 2026-10-21 4.3 Medium
The Download Manager WordPress plugin before 3.3.71, Download Manager WordPress plugin before 7.5.9 does not have CSRF checks in some places, allowing attackers to make a logged in admin update its privacy and storage settings via a crafted link, including the credential that gates its unauthenticated maintenance endpoint.
CVE-2026-58224 2 Redhat, Samba 5 Ceph Storage, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 2 more 2026-10-21 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in Samba's CTDB, the clustered database service used by Samba. Insufficient integrity validation of received CTDB protocol packets allows malformed packets containing invalid field lengths, improperly terminated strings, or inconsistent packet sizes to be processed without adequate bounds checking. A remote attacker with access to the CTDB private network may trigger a denial of service through process crashes or excessive memory consumption and, in limited cases, disclose adjacent memory contents.
CVE-2026-35501 2026-10-21 3.7 Low
When NLnet Labs Unbound 1.0.1 up to and including version 1.26.1 is configured with both a root trust anchor and an additional 'trust-anchor:' for an island-of-security zone whose parent is provably insecure under the root chain, a malicious actor with a forged NSEC reply with the SOA bit cleared can trick Unbound to treat the configured trust island as insecure. This happens because the DNSSEC validator in Unbound accepts and caches the NSEC insecure response bypassing the RRSIG validation that the validator was supposed to do. The acceptance of the NSEC record at the trust anchor apex was allowed due to and old fix for type DS and NSEC queries from clients when trust anchor for that name existed.
CVE-2026-114093 2026-10-21 4.3 Medium
Trigger.dev before 4.5.6 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability that allows remote attackers to log out authenticated users by sending a link to the GET-based /logout endpoint. Attackers can lure victims into clicking an obfuscated, URL-encoded link that terminates their session, causing loss of unsaved work.
CVE-2026-114089 2026-10-21 8.8 High
Trigger.dev before 4.5.2 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in the CLI authorization-code flow because loading /account/authorization-code/<code> mints a Personal Access Token without any consent step. Attackers mint an unauthenticated code, lure a logged-in user to that URL, then retrieve the victim's PAT from the unauthenticated /api/v1/token endpoint to take over the account.
CVE-2026-114072 2026-10-21 4.3 Medium
The Trigger.dev webapp before 4.5.12 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in its organization-level Slack OAuth flow, which uses the organization ID as the OAuth state without binding it to the initiating session. Attackers who know a target organization ID can trick an authenticated member into opening an unredeemed /integrations/slack/callback URL, connecting an attacker-controlled Slack workspace that may receive the organization's operational alerts.
CVE-2026-114048 1 Wwbn 1 Avideo 2026-10-21 3.5 Low
WWBN AVideo before 24.0 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability in legacy endpoints like playlistStatus.php that bypass the .json.php-only autoCSRFGuard() check. Attackers can lure logged-in users to a page with an auto-submitting form to make private playlists public, remove playlist videos, or forge video suggestions.
CVE-2026-113714 1 Pypa 1 Virtualenv 2026-10-20 5.0 Medium
virtualenv is a tool for creating isolated virtual python environments. Prior to 21.14.9, download_wheel() writes package-index downloads directly into the reusable wheel/house cache before selecting a verification target from pip's textual Saved output. With default-index digest comparison enabled, a controlled package index can inject a misleading Saved line through a discarded link's data-requires-python attribute; this forged-line variant also requires knowledge of an absolute path to the genuine bundled wheel. The wrong path can then be hashed, while a digest mismatch leaves the rejected archive in the cache for later selection without verification. A separate rejected-cache-file variant requires control over downloaded data or archive selection but not the forged-line prerequisites. Explicit custom-index exceptions are outside the promised PyPI comparison, and the issue does not independently bypass TLS or establish control of default PyPI. This issue is fixed in version 21.14.9.
CVE-2026-112836 2 E4jvikwp, Wordpress-extensions 2 Vikrentcar, Vikrentcar 2026-10-20 8.8 High
Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in e4jvikwp VikRentCar vikrentcar allows Cross Site Request Forgery. This issue affects VikRentCar: from n/a through 1.4.8.
CVE-2026-100747 2 Svenbluege, Svenbluege.de 2 Event Gallery, Event Gallery For Joomla 2026-10-20 6.5 Medium
Joomla Extension - svenbluege.de - CSRF in image upload in Event Gallery extension < 6.5.0 - Due to lack of an CSRF token check, a third-party site can upload files to an event and overwrite existing files with the same name.
CVE-2026-100748 2 Svenbluege, Svenbluege.de 2 Event Gallery, Event Gallery For Joomla 2026-10-20 8.8 High
Joomla Extension - svenbluege.de - CSRF in various cart actions in Event Gallery extension < 6.5.0
CVE-2026-8597 2 Amazon, Aws 2 Sagemaker Python Sdk, Amazon Sagemaker Python Sdk 2026-10-20 7.2 High
Missing integrity verification in the Triton inference handler in Amazon SageMaker Python SDK v2 before v2.257.2 and v3 before v3.8.0 might allow a remote authenticated actor to achieve code execution in inference containers via replacement of model artifacts in S3 with a specially crafted pickle payload that is deserialized without verification. This issue requires a remote authenticated actor with S3 write access to the model artifact path. To remediate this issue, we recommend upgrading to Amazon SageMaker Python SDK v2.257.2 or v3.8.0 and rebuild any Triton models previously created with ModelBuilder using the updated SDK.
CVE-2023-4659 1 Free5gc 1 Webconsole 2026-10-20 9.8 Critical
Cross-Site Request Forgery vulnerability, whose exploitation could allow an attacker to perform different actions on the platform as an administrator, simply by changing the token value to "admin". It is also possible to perform POST, GET and DELETE requests without any token value. Therefore, an unprivileged remote user is able to create, delete and modify users within theapplication.
CVE-2026-107809 2 0xjacky, Nginxui 2 Nginx-ui, Nginx Ui 2026-10-20 8.8 High
Nginx UI is a web user interface for the Nginx web server. From 2.0.0 until 2.5.0, AuthRequired accepts a browser-managed token cookie as an API credential after the front end stores the JWT in that cookie. Because management endpoints do not universally require a CSRF token or perform Origin or Referer validation, a remote attacker can induce a logged-in administrator's browser to submit authenticated cross-site state-changing requests, including POST /api/configs. The attack requires an administrator account without OTP/Passkey or a target endpoint that does not require secure-session proof. The attacker cannot read the cross-origin response but can modify Nginx configuration, trigger reloads, or invoke other management operations reachable with the victim's session. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.0.
