CVE-2026-82531 1 Newmediacompany 1 Smarty 2026-10-06 8.1 High
Smarty before 4.5.8 and 5.x before 5.8.5 contains a code injection vulnerability where the top-level nocache_hash is never restored during extends:/multi-component template inheritance, leaving it null. Attackers can supply assigned data containing a forged SmartyNocache marker that is copied verbatim into the regenerated PHP cache file, executing arbitrary PHP on include for remote code execution.
CVE-2026-75820 1 Gnu 1 Aspell 2026-10-06 N/A
GNU Aspell contains an integer truncation vulnerability in the WritableDict::add() function in modules/speller/default/writable.cpp. When loading a personal wordlist, the word length is stored as a single byte, causing truncation for words whose length is a multiple of 256. This leads to heap corruption. An attacker can exploit this by convincing a user to run aspell with a crafted personal wordlist containing such a word, resulting in denial of service. This issue was fixed in commit 782ce94e4dc71eaec4ee1bd945eb3b9c47c5387d which will be released in version 0.60.8.3.
CVE-2026-75819 2026-10-06 N/A
GNU Aspell contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in ReadOnlyDict::load() in readonly_ws.cpp. When loading a binary .rws dictionary file, it uses offset fields from the file header as byte indices into a heap buffer without validating their bounds. An attacker can trigger this by convincing a user to run aspell with a crafted dictionary file supplied through --master, --dict-dir, or configuration options, leading to heap memory disclosure or a denial of service via application crash. This issue was fixed in commit 941953b25031bc9104e83f58e138a664b8dedc3f which will be released in version 0.60.8.3.
CVE-2026-75818 1 Gnu 1 Aspell 2026-10-06 N/A
GNU Aspell prezip-bin contains a heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the decompressor in prog/prezip.c. The decompressor does not properly check buffer space, so a crafted compressed file can cause out-of-bounds read and write operations on the heap. An attacker who convinces a user to process a malicious compressed file with prezip-bin can trigger memory corruption, leading to a processs crash. This issue was fixed in commit 15b188437f9e0192d4ac4472ad66a4e2f62a782f which will be released in version 0.60.8.3.

CVE-2026-105807 1 Sourcecodester 1 Simple Student Information System 2026-10-06 7.3 High
A vulnerability was found in SourceCodester Simple Student Information System 1.0. This affects an unknown part of the file searchquery.php. Performing a manipulation results in sql injection. The attack can be initiated remotely.
CVE-2026-105708 1 Imgproxy 1 Imgproxy 2026-10-06 4.3 Medium
A flaw has been found in imgproxy up to 4.0.17. Affected by this vulnerability is the function sanitizeElement of the file processing/svg/svg.go of the component SVG Handler. Executing a manipulation can lead to cross site scripting. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
CVE-2026-105704 1 Sourcecodester 1 Drug Recommendation System 2026-10-06 7.3 High
A vulnerability was identified in SourceCodester Drug Recommendation System 1.0. This affects an unknown function of the component Auth Guard. Such manipulation of the argument user_id leads to improper authentication. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used.
CVE-2026-105305 1 Redhat 2 Build Keycloak, Red Hat Single Sign On 2026-10-06 5.4 Medium
A flaw was found in the OIDC implementation of Keycloak, specifically within the Device Authorization Grant flow. This component allows devices with limited input capabilities to obtain security tokens. The issue occurs because the flow fails to check the minimum authentication level required by a client configuration. This allows an attacker who has stolen a user's password to bypass mandatory multi-factor authentication and gain unauthorized access to the Keycloak Admin REST API.
CVE-2026-98285 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: bridge: vlan: fix bugs caused by switchdev deletion errors Allowing switchdev to prevent vlan deletion and error out in __vlan_del could cause multiple different issues - inconsistent state, memory leaks when flushing, NULL pointer dereference on bridge error when flushing. It doesn't make sense to allow it to stop __vlan_del, so log the error and continue with software vlan deletion. This is also consistent with 8021q behaviour.
CVE-2026-98286 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drop_monitor: use timer_shutdown_sync() to prevent timer rearming during teardown In drop_monitor teardown paths (net_dm_trace_off_set(), net_dm_hw_monitor_stop(), and error unwind paths in net_dm_trace_on_set() and net_dm_hw_monitor_start()), per-CPU timers are stopped using timer_delete_sync() followed by cancel_work_sync(). However, there is a circular dependency between send_timer and dm_alert_work: 1) sched_send_work() (timer callback) schedules dm_alert_work. 2) send_dm_alert() / net_dm_hw_summary_work() calls reset_per_cpu_data() or net_dm_hw_reset_per_cpu_data(). 3) If memory allocation fails under memory pressure in the reset function, it re-arms the timer via mod_timer(&data->send_timer, ...). If dm_alert_work is running concurrently while timer_delete_sync() executes on another CPU, an allocation failure in the worker will re-arm the timer after timer_delete_sync() has already returned. Once cancel_work_sync() completes and module_put() is called, the timer remains active in the timer wheel. If the module is then unloaded, the timer will fire and execute sched_send_work() in freed memory, triggering a kernel panic / use-after-free. Switch from timer_delete_sync() to timer_shutdown_sync(). This guarantees that any in-flight timer handler has finished and prevents subsequent re-arming attempts from running workers from succeeding. When monitoring is restarted later, timer_setup() is invoked, which cleanly re-initializes the timer.
CVE-2026-98288 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-06 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: stmmac: fix TSO header length truncation stmmac_tso_xmit() stores the protocol header length returned by stmmac_tso_header_size() in a u8. stmmac_tso_valid_packet() admits headers up to 1023 bytes, so a header longer than 255 bytes wraps modulo 256 (486 becomes 230, 256 becomes 0). A TCP over IPv6 socket carrying a few hundred bytes of sticky destination/hop-by-hop options makes skb_tcp_all_headers() exceed 255 while staying below the 1023-byte limit, so such an skb reaches stmmac_tso_xmit(). Widen proto_hdr_len to unsigned int, which is sufficient since the value is bounded by the hardware limit, and adjust the debug print specifier accordingly.
