| CVE-2026-91830 | 2026-10-16 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| The Subscribe to Comments WordPress plugin before 2.3.3 does not sign or validate a cookie it trusts to identify a commenter, allowing unauthenticated attackers to disclose a subscriber's management key and silently alter that subscriber's subscriptions. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92427 | 2026-10-16 | 5.3 Medium | ||
| The Coinsnap Bitcoin Crowdfunding WordPress plugin through 1.2.0 does not restrict access to the secret used to authenticate its payment gateway webhook, disclosing it to unauthenticated users and rendering the webhook's signature check ineffective. This allows unauthenticated attackers to forge payment-confirmation notifications and record arbitrary donations as completed, with attacker-chosen amounts, donor names and messages. | ||||

| CVE-2026-67415 | 2 Broadcom, Rabbitmq | 2 Rabbitmq Server, Rabbitmq-server | 2026-10-16 | 4.9 Medium |
| RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. From 4.2.0 until 4.2.9 and 4.3.3, the Shovel parameter parser converted attacker-controlled runtime parameter values into non-garbage-collected Erlang atoms before bounding them or checking a fixed allowlist. Exploitation requires network access to the Management HTTP API, valid credentials with both the management and policymaker tags, permission to set Shovel runtime parameters on a vhost, and the rabbitmq_shovel and rabbitmq_shovel_management plugins to be enabled. The attacker can exhaust the node-wide atom table and deny service, and malicious parameters are stored durably and reparsed when workers start, so atom pressure can recur after restart without a live attacker connection. This issue is fixed in versions 4.2.9 and 4.3.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-96315 | 1 Microsoft | 20 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 17 more | 2026-10-16 | 5.5 Medium |
| Missing authorization in Windows Overlay Filter allows an authorized attacker to perform tampering locally. | ||||

| CVE-2026-96316 | 1 Microsoft | 22 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 19 more | 2026-10-16 | 5.5 Medium |
| Improper access control in Windows Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) allows an authorized attacker to perform tampering locally. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102923 | 2026-10-16 | 5.4 Medium | ||
| SparkyFitness is a self-hosted, AI-powered health and fitness tracker for families. Prior to 1.6.0, SparkyFitnessServer/services/chatService.ts and SparkyFitnessServer/services/labelScanService.ts do not validate destinations supplied in custom AI service settings. An authenticated user saves a custom AI service URL and invokes an affected AI flow. The user can save a custom AI service URL and trigger an outbound request. Successful exploitation can send server-side POST requests with a controlled bearer value, probe internal services, and disclose the AI system prompt. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-88074 | 1 Microsoft | 10 Windows 11 23h2, Windows 11 23h2, Windows 11 24h2 and 7 more | 2026-10-16 | 7.8 High |
| Integer overflow or wraparound in Windows Virtualization-Based Security (VBS) Enclave allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. | ||||
| CVE-2026-88075 | 1 Microsoft | 3 Configuration Manager 2503, Configuration Manager 2509, Configuration Manager 2603 | 2026-10-16 | 8.8 High |
| Improper neutralization of special elements used in an sql command ('sql injection') in Microsoft Configuration Manager allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. | ||||

| Null pointer dereference in Windows MIDI Service Module allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. | ||||
| CVE-2026-92263 | 2026-10-16 | 7.2 High | ||
| SparkyFitness is a self-hosted, AI-powered health and fitness tracker for families. Prior to 1.6.0, the api/admin/backup/restore endpoint interpolates an uploaded filename into a shell command. An authenticated global administrator uploads a restore archive with a crafted filename. The administrator can supply a restore archive with a filename containing shell metacharacters. Successful exploitation can execute arbitrary operating-system commands with the server process privileges. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-88080 | 1 Microsoft | 22 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 19 more | 2026-10-16 | 7.8 High |

| Deserialization of untrusted data in Windows Management Instrumentation allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. | ||||
| CVE-2026-68906 | 2026-10-16 | N/A | ||
| libIEC61850 is an open-source implementation of IEC 61850 client and server protocols including MMS, GOOSE, Sampled Values, and R-Session. Prior to 1.6.2, parseUserInformation in src/mms/iso_acse/acse.c checks len for zero before validating the negative bufPos returned by BerDecoder_decodeLength for a truncated long-form length. The continue path therefore swallows the error, reads buffer[-1], resets parsing to the beginning, and repeats the same malformed state. An unauthenticated remote peer can send a malformed AARE PDU during association to cause an infinite CPU loop under a normal allocator or a one-byte out-of-bounds read and process abort when the preceding byte is inaccessible. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-88092 | 1 Microsoft | 4 Asp.net Core, Microsoft Visual Studio 2026 Version 18.10, Visual Studio 2022 and 1 more | 2026-10-16 | 9.4 Critical |
| Inconsistent interpretation of http requests ('http request/response smuggling') in ASP.NET Core allows an unauthorized attacker to perform tampering over a network. | ||||
| CVE-2026-57446 | 2026-10-16 | 5.3 Medium | ||
| libIEC61850 is an open-source implementation of IEC 61850 client and server protocols including MMS, GOOSE, Sampled Values, and R-Session. From 1.6.1 until 1.6.2, a successful MMS ObtainFile operation closes MmsObtainFileTask::fileHandle but leaves the stale non-NULL value in a task marked MMS_FILE_UPLOAD_STATE_NOT_USED. If a later ObtainFile request reuses that task and destination creation fails, MMS_FILE_UPLOAD_STATE_SEND_OBTAIN_FILE_ERROR_DESTINATION cleanup closes the stale FILE object again. Servers with the MMS file service and ObtainFile enabled can therefore be crashed remotely by the success-then-failure request sequence. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-67419 | 2 Broadcom, Rabbitmq | 2 Rabbitmq Server, Rabbitmq-server | 2026-10-16 | 6.5 Medium |
| RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. Prior to 4.3.5, an authenticated user who can bind a queue to a topic exchange and publish to it can use consecutive # segments in a binding key to make both topic matchers revisit the same trie-node and routing-key-suffix states without memoization. The matcher materializes duplicate destinations before deduplication, causing combinatorial CPU work and memory pressure that can disrupt routing for all tenants. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.3.5. | ||||
