CVE-2025-64507 1 Linuxcontainers 1 Incus 2025-12-29 7.8 High
Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. An issue in versions prior to 6.0.6 and 6.19.0 affects any Incus user in an environment where an unprivileged user may have root access to a container with an attached custom storage volume that has the `security.shifted` property set to `true` as well as access to the host as an unprivileged user. The most common case for this would be systems using `incus-user` with the less privileged `incus` group to provide unprivileged users with an isolated restricted access to Incus. Such users may be able to create a custom storage volume with the necessary property (depending on kernel and filesystem support) and can then write a setuid binary from within the container which can be executed as an unprivileged user on the host to gain root privileges. A patch for this issue is expected in versions 6.0.6 and 6.19.0. As a workaround, permissions can be manually restricted until a patched version of Incus is deployed.
CVE-2025-1945 1 Mmaitre314 1 Picklescan 2025-12-29 9.8 Critical
picklescan before 0.0.23 fails to detect malicious pickle files inside PyTorch model archives when certain ZIP file flag bits are modified. By flipping specific bits in the ZIP file headers, an attacker can embed malicious pickle files that remain undetected by PickleScan while still being successfully loaded by PyTorch's torch.load(). This can lead to arbitrary code execution when loading a compromised model.
CVE-2025-1944 1 Mmaitre314 1 Picklescan 2025-12-29 6.5 Medium
picklescan before 0.0.23 is vulnerable to a ZIP archive manipulation attack that causes it to crash when attempting to extract and scan PyTorch model archives. By modifying the filename in the ZIP header while keeping the original filename in the directory listing, an attacker can make PickleScan raise a BadZipFile error. However, PyTorch's more forgiving ZIP implementation still allows the model to be loaded, enabling malicious payloads to bypass detection.
CVE-2025-1889 1 Mmaitre314 1 Picklescan 2025-12-29 9.8 Critical
picklescan before 0.0.22 only considers standard pickle file extensions in the scope for its vulnerability scan. An attacker could craft a malicious model that uses Pickle and include a malicious pickle file with a non-standard file extension. Because the malicious pickle file inclusion is not considered as part of the scope of picklescan, the file would pass security checks and appear to be safe, when it could instead prove to be problematic.
CVE-2025-38396 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2025-12-23 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fs: export anon_inode_make_secure_inode() and fix secretmem LSM bypass Export anon_inode_make_secure_inode() to allow KVM guest_memfd to create anonymous inodes with proper security context. This replaces the current pattern of calling alloc_anon_inode() followed by inode_init_security_anon() for creating security context manually. This change also fixes a security regression in secretmem where the S_PRIVATE flag was not cleared after alloc_anon_inode(), causing LSM/SELinux checks to be bypassed for secretmem file descriptors. As guest_memfd currently resides in the KVM module, we need to export this symbol for use outside the core kernel. In the future, guest_memfd might be moved to core-mm, at which point the symbols no longer would have to be exported. When/if that happens is still unclear.
CVE-2025-38416 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2025-12-23 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: NFC: nci: uart: Set tty->disc_data only in success path Setting tty->disc_data before opening the NCI device means we need to clean it up on error paths. This also opens some short window if device starts sending data, even before NCIUARTSETDRIVER IOCTL succeeded (broken hardware?). Close the window by exposing tty->disc_data only on the success path, when opening of the NCI device and try_module_get() succeeds. The code differs in error path in one aspect: tty->disc_data won't be ever assigned thus NULL-ified. This however should not be relevant difference, because of "tty->disc_data=NULL" in nci_uart_tty_open().
CVE-2025-38422 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2025-12-23 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: lan743x: Modify the EEPROM and OTP size for PCI1xxxx devices Maximum OTP and EEPROM size for hearthstone PCI1xxxx devices are 8 Kb and 64 Kb respectively. Adjust max size definitions and return correct EEPROM length based on device. Also prevent out-of-bound read/write.
CVE-2024-35821 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2025-12-23 7.5 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ubifs: Set page uptodate in the correct place Page cache reads are lockless, so setting the freshly allocated page uptodate before we've overwritten it with the data it's supposed to have in it will allow a simultaneous reader to see old data. Move the call to SetPageUptodate into ubifs_write_end(), which is after we copied the new data into the page.
CVE-2023-52672 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 3 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2025-12-23 7 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pipe: wakeup wr_wait after setting max_usage Commit c73be61cede5 ("pipe: Add general notification queue support") a regression was introduced that would lock up resized pipes under certain conditions. See the reproducer in [1]. The commit resizing the pipe ring size was moved to a different function, doing that moved the wakeup for pipe->wr_wait before actually raising pipe->max_usage. If a pipe was full before the resize occured it would result in the wakeup never actually triggering pipe_write. Set @max_usage and @nr_accounted before waking writers if this isn't a watch queue. [Christian Brauner <brauner@kernel.org>: rewrite to account for watch queues]
CVE-2025-65782 1 Wekan Project 1 Wekan 2025-12-23 6.5 Medium
An issue was discovered in Wekan The Open Source kanban board system up to version 18.15, fixed in 18.16. Authorization flaw in card update handling allows board members (and potentially other authenticated users) to add/remove arbitrary user IDs in vote.positive / vote.negative arrays, enabling vote forgery and unauthorized voting.
CVE-2025-36745 1 Solaredge 2 Se3680h, Se3680h Firmware 2025-12-23 7.8 High
SolarEdge SE3680H  ships with an outdated Linux kernel containing unpatched vulnerabilities in core subsystems. An attacker with network or local access can exploit these flaws to achieve remote code execution, privilege escalation, or disclosure of sensitive information.
CVE-2024-35974 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-12-23 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: block: fix q->blkg_list corruption during disk rebind Multiple gendisk instances can allocated/added for single request queue in case of disk rebind. blkg may still stay in q->blkg_list when calling blkcg_init_disk() for rebind, then q->blkg_list becomes corrupted. Fix the list corruption issue by: - add blkg_init_queue() to initialize q->blkg_list & q->blkcg_mutex only - move calling blkg_init_queue() into blk_alloc_queue() The list corruption should be started since commit f1c006f1c685 ("blk-cgroup: synchronize pd_free_fn() from blkg_free_workfn() and blkcg_deactivate_policy()") which delays removing blkg from q->blkg_list into blkg_free_workfn().
CVE-2022-50012 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-12-23 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: powerpc/64: Init jump labels before parse_early_param() On 64-bit, calling jump_label_init() in setup_feature_keys() is too late because static keys may be used in subroutines of parse_early_param() which is again subroutine of early_init_devtree(). For example booting with "threadirqs": static_key_enable_cpuslocked(): static key '0xc000000002953260' used before call to jump_label_init() WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 0 at kernel/jump_label.c:166 static_key_enable_cpuslocked+0xfc/0x120 ... NIP static_key_enable_cpuslocked+0xfc/0x120 LR static_key_enable_cpuslocked+0xf8/0x120 Call Trace: static_key_enable_cpuslocked+0xf8/0x120 (unreliable) static_key_enable+0x30/0x50 setup_forced_irqthreads+0x28/0x40 do_early_param+0xa0/0x108 parse_args+0x290/0x4e0 parse_early_options+0x48/0x5c parse_early_param+0x58/0x84 early_init_devtree+0xd4/0x518 early_setup+0xb4/0x214 So call jump_label_init() just before parse_early_param() in early_init_devtree(). CVE-2022-49772 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2025-12-23 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: usb-audio: Drop snd_BUG_ON() from snd_usbmidi_output_open() snd_usbmidi_output_open() has a check of the NULL port with snd_BUG_ON(). snd_BUG_ON() was used as this shouldn't have happened, but in reality, the NULL port may be seen when the device gives an invalid endpoint setup at the descriptor, hence the driver skips the allocation. That is, the check itself is valid and snd_BUG_ON() should be dropped from there. Otherwise it's confusing as if it were a real bug, as recently syzbot stumbled on it.
