| CVE-2026-98095 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-23 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: af_packet: Don't cast tpacket_hdr.tp_len to int in tpacket_parse_header(). syzbot reported BUG() in sock_sendmsg_nosec(). [0] The problem is that tpacket_parse_header() casts user-provided tpacket_hdr.tp_len, which is u32, to int. If the length is larger than INT_MAX, the following condition in tpacket_parse_header() passes, if (unlikely(tp_len > size_max)) and any negative value can be returned to the caller, up to sock_sendmsg_nosec(). The repro set tpacket_hdr.tp_len to 0xfffffdef, which is cast to -EIOCBQUEUED (-529), triggering BUG() in sock_sendmsg_nosec(). *(uint64_t*)0x200000000008 = 0xfffffdef; ... syscall(__NR_write, /*fd=*/r[0], /*buf=*/0x200000000000ul, /*count=*/1ul); Let's define the local tp_len as u32 in tpacket_parse_header(). | CVE-2026-98729 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-23 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: x86/mm: Don't apply va_align to hugetlb mappings on AMD F15h get_align_mask() returns huge_page_mask_align() for hugetlbfs, but get_align_bits() adds va_align.bits regardless, so vm_unmapped_area() returns an address off the huge page boundary and __unmap_hugepage_range() hits BUG_ON(start & ~huge_page_mask(h)) at teardown. This can be triggered on Carrizo and FX-8370E, both hstates. Pass the file to get_align_bits() and skip the randomisation for hugetlbfs. [ bp: Massage commit message. ] | ||||
| CVE-2026-111608 | 1 Jeequan | 1 Jeepay | 2026-10-23 | 4.2 Medium |
| Jeepay through 3.2.9 contains an insecure direct object reference vulnerability that allows authenticated merchant users to delete other merchants' division receivers by exploiting an ownership check on the wrong column. Attackers holding ENT_DIVISION_RECEIVER_DELETE who own a receiver group whose id matches a victim's receiver id can delete the victim's profit-sharing receiver. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111603 | 1 Playeduos | 1 Playedu | 2026-10-23 | 4.3 Medium |
| PlayEdu through 2.3 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the CourseController that allows authenticated students to access department-restricted courses by omitting the department visibility check. Attackers can enumerate sequential course and attachment IDs via the course details and attachment download endpoints to obtain course structure and attachment files from other departments. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98920 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-23 | 4.7 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfs: Fix missing alloc tagging of direct mempool allocations Commit 1d78d56c43ef ("netfs: Fix folio_queue ENOMEM in writeback by adding a mempool") added a mempool for the folio_queues and made the request, subrequest and folio_queue allocations distinguish between writeback and everything else. Writeback is part of memory reclaim and must not fail due to ENOMEM, so it allocates under GFP_NOFS through mempool_alloc(), which may dip into the pool's reserve and, if that runs empty, wait for elements to be returned. The GFP_KERNEL paths, which can return -ENOMEM to their callers, invoke the pool's ->alloc() callback directly instead. The direct call, however, skips the alloc_hooks() wrapper that the mempool_alloc() macro provides. The pool callbacks, mempool_alloc_slab() and mempool_kmalloc(), call kmem_cache_alloc_noprof() and kmalloc_noprof() and rely on current->alloc_tag having been set by the caller. With CONFIG_MEM_ALLOC_PROFILING_DEBUG=y this leads to current->alloc_tag not set WARNING: ./include/linux/alloc_tag.h:161 at __alloc_tagging_slab_alloc_hook alloc_tag was not set WARNING: ./include/linux/alloc_tag.h:166 at __alloc_tagging_slab_free_hook at allocation and free time respectively, as reported when reading files on a CIFS mount. The allocations are also missing from /proc/allocinfo. Wrap the direct ->alloc() invocations in alloc_hooks() with a new mempool_alloc_noreserve() helper in include/linux/mempool.h, next to the other alloc_hooks()-wrapped macros such as mempool_alloc(). The GFP_KERNEL paths keep their failable allocation semantics, they just get tagged now. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98929 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-23 | 3.0 Low |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: macsec: initialize SecY before registering the netdevice Creating a MACsec device with MAC offload over an LRO-capable lower device triggers a warning in rtmsg_ifinfo_build_skb() when IPv4 forwarding is enabled by default. register_netdevice() invokes inetdev_init(), which disables LRO and emits a NETDEV_FEAT_CHANGE notification. This reaches macsec_fill_info() before macsec_add_dev() initializes the SecY. key_len is still zero, so macsec_fill_info() returns -EMSGSIZE and trips the WARN_ON in rtmsg_ifinfo_build_skb(), even though the skb has enough space. Even without the warning, notifications during registration can report uninitialized SecY attributes, including the SCI. This ordering has existed since the driver was introduced. Initialize the SecY and apply the new-link attributes before registration. Move MAC address inheritance into macsec_newlink() so the SCI can also be initialized before registration-time notifications report it. Move the per-CPU statistics and metadata destination allocation into ndo_init(), and release partial allocations on failure. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98915 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-10-23 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: video-i2c: use vb2_video_unregister_device on driver removal The driver uses vb2_fop_release() as its file release operation, so vb2_video_unregister_device() should be used instead of video_unregister_device() during driver removal. This ensures that the vb2 queue is properly disconnected before the video device is unregistered. | ||||
| CVE-2026-12670 | 1 Ibm | 3 Mq Advanced Container Images, Mq Operator, Supplied Mq Advanced Container Images | 2026-10-23 | 5.3 Medium |
| IBM MQ could allow an authenticated attacker to cause a denial of service through a specially crafted message that triggers excessive memory operations during character set conversion. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111658 | 2 Siteserver, Sscms | 2 Sscms, Sscms | 2026-10-23 | 3.8 Low |
| SiteServer SSCMS through 7.4.0 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in ChannelsController that allows site-scoped administrators to access other sites' channels by supplying foreign channel IDs. Attackers with Channels permission on one site can read and overwrite another site's channel names, file paths, templates, link URLs, and custom fields, breaking multi-site isolation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55862 | 2 Pupnp, Pupnp Project | 2 Pupnp, Pupnp | 2026-10-23 | 6.5 Medium |
| pupnp is an SDK for development of UPnP device and control point applications. Prior to 2.0.0, multiple ixml DOM traversal functions process deeply nested XML with unbounded recursion. The iterative XML parser accepts the document, but ixmlPrintDomTreeRecursive in ixml/src/ixml.c and ixmlNode_getElementsByTagNameRecursive, ixmlNode_getElementsByTagNameNSRecursive, ixmlNode_cloneNodeTreeRecursive, and ixmlNode_isAncestor in ixml/src/node.c recurse over firstChild and nextSibling links. An unauthenticated peer on the local network can supply deeply nested XML through a SOAP request, exhaust a service thread's stack, and crash the UPnP service. This is an incomplete-fix case for CVE-2021-28302 because its remediation converted ixmlNode_free but left these traversal paths recursive. This issue is fixed in 2.0.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-24401 | 1 Avahi | 1 Avahi | 2026-10-23 | 6.5 Medium |
| Avahi is a system which facilitates service discovery on a local network via the mDNS/DNS-SD protocol suite. In versions 0.9rc2 and below, avahi-daemon can be crashed via a segmentation fault by sending an unsolicited mDNS response containing a recursive CNAME record, where the alias and canonical name point to the same domain (e.g., "h.local" as a CNAME for "h.local"). This causes unbounded recursion in the lookup_handle_cname function, leading to stack exhaustion. The vulnerability affects record browsers where AVAHI_LOOKUP_USE_MULTICAST is set explicitly, which includes record browsers created by resolvers used by nss-mdns. This issue is patched in commit 78eab31128479f06e30beb8c1cbf99dd921e2524, which is part of version 0.9-rc3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-103525 | 2 Wordpress-extensions, Wpmanageninja | 2 Fluentcart, Fluentcart | 2026-10-23 | 7.5 High |
| The FluentCart A New Era of eCommerce – Faster, Lighter, and Simpler plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 1.7.0 via the 'order_id + billing_address_id (also shipping_address_id)' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read and exfiltrate another customer's stored billing and shipping address PII — including street address, city, state, postcode, phone number, company name, VAT number, and legal registration ID — by enumerating sequential AUTO_INCREMENT order and address ID pairs. The id-equality guard intended to restrict address reuse is bypassed because the attacker controls both halves of the compared pair, and the unauthenticated AJAX entry point imposes only a soft rate limit of 5 requests per 60 seconds rather than any authentication or ownership check. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76287 | 1 Splunk | 1 Splunk Enterprise | 2026-10-23 | 5.4 Medium |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.4, a user that holds a role with the preview_data_management_pipeline capability or edit_data_management_pipeline_job capability could read or delete Data Management SPL2 preview jobs and results outside their ownership scope. The vulnerability is possible because the Data Management Representational State Transfer (REST) API verifies the required capability but does not verify that the requested preview job belongs to the requester. The affected Data Management REST API is available only when the Edge Processor feature is turned on. The Edge Processor feature is turned off by default. For more information see Set up a data management control plane (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/process-data-at-the-edge/use-edge-processors-for-splunk-enterprise/10.4/getting-started/set-up-a-data-management-control-plane) and Getting sample data for previewing data transformations (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/process-data-at-the-edge/use-edge-processors-for-splunk-enterprise/10.4/working-with-pipelines/getting-sample-data-for-previewing-data-transformations) in the Splunk documentation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115356 | 1 Openbao | 1 Openbao | 2026-10-23 | 5.4 Medium |
| OpenBao before 2.6.4 and 2.7.x before 2.7.1 does not verify, when renewing a token issued by the Kubernetes Auth method, that the service account token originally used to authenticate is still valid. An authenticated attacker can keep renewing such tokens to persist access after the Kubernetes service account has been deleted. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115329 | 1 Uselotus | 1 Lotus | 2026-10-23 | 5.9 Medium |
| Lotus through 0.10.2 contains an insecure direct object reference vulnerability in SubscriptionViewSet.get_object() that uses an unscoped queryset without organization filtering or permission checks. Authenticated users or API keys from any organization can supply another organization's subscription_id to read, cancel, update, switch plans, or modify addons, altering another tenant's billing. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115325 | 2 Gravitl, Netmaker | 2 Netmaker, Netmaker | 2026-10-23 | 8.3 High |
| Netmaker through 1.7.0 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in the updateExtClient handler that allows network-scoped users to modify external clients on other networks. Attackers with external client permissions on one network can send PUT requests to /api/extclients/{network}/{clientid} to replace public keys, disable clients, and obtain WireGuard private keys. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115321 | 1 Bytebase | 1 Bytebase | 2026-10-23 | 4.3 Medium |
| Bytebase before 3.16.0 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in the UpdateIssueComment handler that allows low-privileged project users to modify comments in other projects by supplying a foreign comment UID. Attackers with any project role, including Project Viewer, can set their own project's issue as parent and reference another project's comment UID to overwrite comments they cannot access. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114663 | 1 Vyperlang | 1 Vyper | 2026-10-23 | 8.4 High |
| Vyper 0.4.0b1 through 0.5.0b1 miscompiles unfoldable constants and omitted default arguments from imported modules, because parse_Name resolves their names in the using function's scope rather than at declaration. When a contract's parameter, local, or loop variable shares such a name, attacker-influenced input can replace the intended value, including out-of-range values for narrow types such as uint8, corrupting validation or accounting logic. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114145 | 1 Gitpython-developers | 1 Gitpython | 2026-10-23 | 7.5 High |
| GitPython is a python library used to interact with Git repositories. Prior to 3.2.1, create_submodule() in git/objects/submodule/base.py accepts an attacker-influenced submodule path such as .git/hooks and invokes _clone_repo() before safely rejecting the destination. In 3.1.x, _validate_repo_path() does not exist and the call succeeds silently, while in 3.2.0 and later affected revisions the check in git/index/base.py raises ValueError only after the clone has written to disk and does not remove the planted file. An attacker-controlled submodule can therefore place an executable post-checkout hook that a later Git operation executes. Exploitation requires an application to accept an untrusted submodule path and a clone destination such as .git/hooks that is empty enough for Git to clone into it, which commonly means that default sample hooks are absent. This issue is fixed in version 3.2.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114137 | 1 Encode | 1 Django Rest Framework | 2026-10-23 | 7.4 High |
| Django REST framework is a toolkit for building Web APIs. From 3.12.0 until 3.18.2, TokenProxy.delete() in rest_framework/authtoken/models.py uses the proxy's user-id pk while the concrete Token token-string primary key identifies rows, so Django issues a deletion query that matches no row and reports zero deletions without raising an error. Applications, administrative integrations, or operational scripts that revoke credentials through a TokenProxy instance can therefore believe revocation succeeded while the token remains live and continues authenticating. DRF's own TokenAdmin.delete_model workaround is not affected, but other callers can leave access available indefinitely because DRF tokens do not expire automatically. This issue is fixed in version 3.18.2. | ||||
