CVE-2025-13166 1 Wso2 1 Wso2 Identity Server 2026-09-15 3.7 Low
The SMS OTP flow fails to adequately handle error messages, allowing an attacker to infer the existence of registered user accounts based on the responses received during the OTP initiation process. This weakness can be exploited by an attacker to discover valid usernames within the system. The impact is amplified for accounts that have not configured a mobile number, as the enumeration is specifically tied to this condition. The discovery of these usernames can facilitate subsequent brute force attacks, social engineering attempts, and information leakage, potentially leading to reputational damage, loss of customer trust, and regulatory non-compliance.
CVE-2026-58731 1 Google 1 Android 2026-09-15 5.5 Medium

CVE-2026-69204 1 Http4s 1 Http4s 2026-09-15 N/A
Http4s is a Scala interface for HTTP services. Prior to 0.23.35 and 1.0.0-M47, Ember HTTP/1.1 does not reject messages containing both Transfer-Encoding and Content-Length, so an intermediary and Ember can select different body framing rules. When ember-server is behind a keep-alive intermediary that forwards both headers and frames by Content-Length, an unauthenticated attacker can smuggle a second request, bypass intermediary access controls, poison caches, or cause a victim request to be joined to an attacker-controlled prefix. The shared response parser can also desynchronize an ember-client connection when a malicious or compromised upstream sends both headers. This issue is fixed in versions 0.23.35 and 1.0.0-M47.
CVE-2026-68532 1 Concretecms 1 Concrete Cms 2026-09-15 N/A
Concrete CMS 9.0.0 to dashboard group type controller did not validate a CSRF token on its delete action, resulting in cross-site request forgery. A remote unauthenticated attacker could cause an authenticated user with group type management permission to delete a custom group type. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:P/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks riodrwn for reporting.
CVE-2026-81920 1 Concretecms 1 Concrete Cms 2026-09-15 N/A
Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 was vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in the dashboard SEO Excluded Words page. The reset() controller action cleared the administrator-configured reserved-word list (concrete.seo.exclude_words) but did not validate the anti-CSRF token that the reset modal emitted, and it did not restrict the request to the POST method. A remote attacker who lured an authenticated user with SEO access to a crafted page could revert the reserved-word list to its default and silently alter future URL-slug generation for pages, files, topics, and other objects created through the Text urlify service, undoing the site's configured SEO slug policy. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 2.3 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:P/PR:N/UI:P/VC:N/VI:L/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks riodrwn for reporting.
CVE-2026-69208 1 Http4s 1 Http4s 2026-09-15 7.5 High
Http4s is a Scala interface for HTTP services. Prior to 0.23.35 and 1.0.0-M47, the DigestAuth server middleware removes fresh nonces and stops eviction at the first stale nonce because its stale-nonce comparison is inverted. On an application that protects at least one route with DigestAuth, an unauthenticated attacker can repeatedly trigger authentication challenges, causing the persistent nonce map to grow until the JVM exhausts heap memory. This issue is fixed in versions 0.23.35 and 1.0.0-M47.
CVE-2026-69209 1 Http4s 1 Http4s 2026-09-15 7.5 High
Http4s is a Scala interface for HTTP services. Prior to 0.23.35 and 1.0.0-M47, The shared WebSocket decoder permits unbounded message buffering because defragmentation accumulates fragments without a limit and FrameTranscoder accepts declared lengths up to Int.MaxValue. A remote client that completes a WebSocket handshake against an http4s-blaze-server or http4s-ember-server endpoint can exhaust server memory with oversized frames or fragmented messages. The patched decoder applies a configurable 64 MiB default limit to individual frames and defragmented messages through EmberServerBuilder.withMaxWebSocketMessageSize. This issue is fixed in versions 0.23.35 and 1.0.0-M47.
