Allocation of resources without limits or throttling in ASP.NET Core allows an unauthorized attacker to deny service over a network.
In Bouncy Castle for Java before 1.86, the raw JCA provider's legacy PBES1 (PKCS#5 scheme 1) and PKCS#12 PBE families ran their password-based key derivation with an iteration count taken from untrusted input without bounding it, so a small input could dictate an arbitrary amount of work before anything could be verified. The AlgorithmParameters implementations (PKCS12PBE and its object identifier aliases, and PBKDF1) accepted any count from an encoded PKCS12PBEParams or PBEParameter, narrowing a value beyond the int range with intValue(), and every Cipher, Mac and SecretKeyFactory in these families derived with whatever count it was given, including one decoded by another provider's AlgorithmParameters, as when javax.crypto.EncryptedPrivateKeyInfo.getKeySpec() decrypts a PKCS#12 PBE-protected private key with BC. Both the parameter parse and the derivations now reject a negative or over-limit count under the org.bouncycastle.pbe.max_iteration_count property (default 10,000,000) that already bounded PBKDF2 (CVE-2026-17508), and the parse rejects a count beyond the int range rather than narrowing it. This issue also affects Bouncy Castle for Java LTS before 2.73.13.

Denial-of-service in the Graphics component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox ESR 153.4, Thunderbird 157, Thunderbird 153.4, and Firefox 157.
Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, GET /api/users/api-tokens/ allows an authenticated user to retrieve API-token records, while PATCH /api/users/api-tokens/{token_id}/ allows the user to modify the token's allowed_rate_limit field without server-side validation or a maximum value. A user can raise the limit arbitrarily and bypass intended API rate-limiting controls, enabling high-volume automated requests, backend resource abuse, and possible resource exhaustion. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0.
A flaw has been found in Ahsay AhsayCBS up to 10.3.2. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file /rps/api/json/UpdateReceivers.do of the component Replication Receiver. Executing a manipulation of the argument random can lead to os command injection. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. Upgrading to version 10.3.4 is able to resolve this issue. Upgrading the affected component is advised.
LaraDashboard 1.4.2 before 1.4.8 applies advanced email validation to unauthenticated forgot-password and reset-password requests, triggering DNS lookups and paid AbstractAPI verification calls. Unauthenticated attackers can submit arbitrary addresses to exhaust the verification quota, making validation fail open for all public forms, and probe domain resolution.
ClawHub (the openclaw/clawhub application/backend) does not bind anonymous HTTP API requests to a trusted caller identity, so all direct anonymous API requests share a single default quota allowance. A remote, unauthenticated caller can drain that shared allowance and thereby deny or degrade API access for unrelated visitors. In addition, when the TRUST_FORWARDED_IPS option is enabled without an authenticated edge/proxy, clients can supply arbitrary forwarded IP headers to select quota identities of their choosing and evade rate limiting. The issue was confirmed at revision cbfee7343ddc867316dd9b3de6fa8856730f9f41; the complete historical affected range was not established. It is fixed in revision 8c2de6c506bb4efabe3f0c2ffb8370b9e23d4650 (PR #3684), where direct anonymous calls are redirected to the public API origin without consuming quota and forged identity assertions return HTTP 401. The npm CLI and OpenClaw runtime are separate products and are not affected.
pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.18.1, a crafted PDF can place unusually large source-code or destination-string tokens in a font /ToUnicode mapping, causing pypdf/_cmap.py parse_bfchar to decode and retain oversized values during operations such as text extraction and consume excessive memory. This is a second follow-up to earlier /ToUnicode resource-consumption fixes and is limited to the remaining token-length path. This issue is fixed in version 6.18.1.
pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.18.1, a crafted PDF can provide a TrueType or Type1 simple font with an unusually large /Widths array, causing pypdf/_font.py Font._collect_tt_t1_character_widths to process entries beyond the 256 character codes meaningful for a simple font and consume excessive memory during operations such as text extraction. This issue is fixed in version 6.18.1.
pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.19.0, a crafted PDF can provide unusually large alphabetical page-label values that cause pypdf/_page_labels.py to generate strings beyond a reasonable page-label length when an application retrieves document page labels, consuming excessive memory and potentially making the application unavailable. This issue is fixed in version 6.19.0.
Envoy is an open source edge and service proxy designed for cloud-native applications. Prior to 1.36.10, 1.37.6, 1.38.4, and 1.39.1, Envoy copies every decoded HTTP/2 Host header value before discarding it when :authority is already present. The discarded value bypasses saveHeader, so its bytes and count are not charged against request header limits. An unauthenticated client can use HPACK indexing to submit many references to a large Host value across a bounded number of streams, forcing extreme header-copy allocation and causing the proxy to be out-of-memory killed. The relevant scope boundary is that the demonstrated amplification uses HTTP/2 HPACK and the duplicate Host discard behavior. This issue is fixed in versions 1.36.10, 1.37.6, 1.38.4, and 1.39.1.
A denial-of-service and resource exhaustion vulnerability exists within the `GDBus` component of GLib. The `gdbusauth` authentication mechanism fails to enforce proper length limitations on data lines read from a client. An unauthenticated local or remote attacker can exploit this lack of input validation by sending excessively long streams of data, causing the application to consume massive amounts of system memory and CPU, potentially leading to a crash or system hang.
Allocation of resources without limits or throttling in the CMP/CRMF password-based MAC verifier (PKMacBuilder) in Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc. bc-csharp before 2.7.0 allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial of service through CPU exhaustion via a CMP message or CRMF certificate request whose PBMParameter declares a very large iteration count, because PKMacBuilder enforced its iteration-count ceiling only when the caller had supplied an explicit maximum through the PKMacBuilder(IPKMacPrimitivesProvider, int) constructor. With any other constructor, ProtectedPkiMessage.Verify and CertificateRequestMessage.IsValidSigningKeyPop performed as many hash iterations as the sender requested, up to about 2^31, before the MAC could be checked.
