CVE-2026-15801 1 Redhat 2 Openshift, Openshift Container Platform 2026-09-22 8 High
A vulnerability was found in CRI-O related to the container checkpoint and restore feature. When CRI-O is configured to restore containers from checkpoint archives, insufficient validation of restore metadata may allow a user with sufficient privileges to perform unintended operations on the host filesystem. Successful exploitation requires that container checkpoint and restore functionality is enabled, which is not the default configuration. An attacker must also be able to trigger restoration of a container from untrusted checkpoint content.
CVE-2026-91202 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-09-22 6.1 Medium
A flaw was found in cockpit-files. A low-privileged local user can exploit this vulnerability by crafting a directory containing a symbolic link (symlink) and then using the privileged "Paste as owner" function. This allows for arbitrary file ownership changes outside the intended pasted directory, leading to a compromise of data integrity. In some cases, this could also lead to reduced confidentiality if the new ownership grants unauthorized read access. Exploitation requires user interaction to select a non-original owner during the paste operation.
CVE-2026-92745 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-09-22 5 Medium
A flaw was found in cockpit-machines. This vulnerability allows a local attacker with the ability to inspect process metadata to disclose a sensitive Red Hat Subscription Management (RHSM) offline token. The token is exposed when it is passed as a command-line argument to a helper script during the token validation process. Successful exploitation could lead to the compromise of confidentiality, as the exposed token can be used to request access tokens.
CVE-2026-19730 2 Podman-container-tools, Redhat 13 Podman, Ansible Automation Platform, Container Native Virtualization and 10 more 2026-09-22 4.2 Medium
The 'podman quadlet install --replace' command opens the existing destination file with O_CREATE|O_WRONLY but omits O_TRUNC. When the initial reflink copy attempt fails (common on non-reflink-capable filesystems including many RHEL default XFS configurations), the fallback in ReflinkOrCopy uses io.Copy which performs a non-truncating write. If the original Quadlet is larger than the new Quadlet, the file is not truncated and content from the original is preserved. The command completes with no warning. There is no risk of information leakage as the user already had access to the Quadlet in order to replace it, and in most cases, this would only lead to invalid Quadlet files. However, security-related options from the end of the old Quadlet could be included in the new Quadlet, and if the truncation resulted in a valid Quadlet file, this could result in undesirable behavior. For example, running podman quadlet install --replace to remove a single line from the end of a Quadlet - including security-sensitive content, like AddCapability - will fail, and the option will continue to be used. Further, with Volume Quadlets, this can include additional mounts which can cause content to be unintentionally exposed into containers. If, later, the image is updated then compromised content might be leaked to an attacker. The vulnerable code paths are in pkg/domain/infra/abi/quadlet.go (lines 338-360, O_CREATE|O_WRONLY without O_TRUNC) and vendor/go.podman.io/storage/pkg/fileutils/reflink_linux.go (lines 12-19, non-truncating io.Copy fallback).
CVE-2026-93569 2 Io.netty, Redhat 19 Netty-codec-http, Amq Broker, Apicurio Registry and 16 more 2026-09-22 8.2 High
A flaw was found in Netty. A remote unauthenticated attacker can exploit a vulnerability in Netty's HTTP/1 to HTTP/2 conversion process. When an HTTP/1 request includes both an absolute-form request-target and a conflicting Host header, Netty incorrectly prioritizes the Host header for the HTTP/2 :authority field, discarding the original request-target authority. This inconsistency can allow an attacker to bypass security controls in Netty-based proxies or gateways, potentially leading to unauthorized access, cache poisoning, or misrouting of requests.
CVE-2026-93566 2 Red Hat, Redhat 21 Red Hat Amq Broker 7, Amq Broker, Amq Clients and 18 more 2026-09-22 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in Netty. A remote attacker could exploit this by sending a specially crafted HTTP request that includes control characters within the chunk-size line. This bypasses the intended strict validation, allowing the attacker to inject arbitrary HTTP requests. This vulnerability can lead to HTTP request smuggling, potentially resulting in information disclosure or other unauthorized actions.
CVE-2026-90997 2 Keycloak, Redhat 2 Keycloak, Build Keycloak 2026-09-22 7.4 High
A flaw was found in Keycloak. When deployed in stateless mode with MySQL or MariaDB, a mismatch in row-count semantics between the database driver and Keycloak's application logic allows an attacker to bypass replay protection. This vulnerability enables an attacker who intercepts single-use security artifacts, such as JWT client assertions, DPoP proofs, or one-time password (TOTP) codes, to replay them. Successful exploitation grants unauthorized access to the token endpoint or login flow.
CVE-2026-93568 2 Io.netty, Redhat 20 Netty-codec-http, Amq Broker, Apicurio Registry and 17 more 2026-09-22 7.5 High
A flaw was found in Netty. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted HTTP/2 or HTTP/3 Extended CONNECT requests. Netty's HTTP-object conversion path incorrectly processes these requests as regular HTTP/1.1 CONNECT requests, leading to a loss of critical protocol and path information. This misinterpretation can allow attackers to bypass security policies, such as routing or authorization logic, in applications that rely on Netty for HTTP/2 or HTTP/3 communication, resulting in integrity loss.
CVE-2026-93567 2 Io.netty, Redhat 20 Netty-codec-http2, Amq Broker, Apicurio Registry and 17 more 2026-09-22 7.5 High
A flaw was found in Netty's HTTP/2 codec. When converting HTTP/1 CONNECT requests to HTTP/2, the component incorrectly uses the Host header instead of the CONNECT authority-form request-target for the tunnel authority. A remote attacker can exploit this by supplying a different Host header, leading to a malformed HTTP/2 CONNECT request. This can bypass security controls such as tunnel allow-lists or egress policies, resulting in integrity loss.
CVE-2026-93491 2 Io.netty, Redhat 21 Netty-codec-http, Amq Broker, Amq Broker 7 and 18 more 2026-09-22 7.5 High
A flaw was found in Netty's HttpServerCodec. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability by pipelining HTTP/1.1 requests on a single connection and withholding reads. This action causes the methodOverflowQueue to grow without limit, leading to unbounded heap memory consumption and a denial of service due to memory exhaustion.
CVE-2020-6851 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Oracle and 2 more 13 Debian Linux, Fedora, Georaster and 10 more 2026-09-22 7.5 High
OpenJPEG through 2.3.1 has a heap-based buffer overflow in opj_t1_clbl_decode_processor in openjp2/t1.c because of lack of opj_j2k_update_image_dimensions validation.
CVE-2026-32591 1 Redhat 3 Mirror Registry, Mirror Registry For Red Hat Openshift, Quay 2026-09-22 5.2 Medium
A flaw was found in Red Hat Quay's Proxy Cache configuration feature. When an organization administrator configures an upstream registry for proxy caching, Quay makes a network connection to the specified registry hostname without verifying that it points to a legitimate external service. An attacker with organization administrator privileges could supply a crafted hostname to force the Quay server to make requests to internal network services, cloud infrastructure endpoints, or other resources that should not be accessible from the Quay application.
CVE-2026-18255 1 Redhat 2 Quay, Quay 3 2026-09-22 7.2 High
A flaw was found in Quay. A user configured in GLOBAL_READONLY_SUPER_USERS is able to view robot account tokens for repositories they are not a member of, allowing an attacker with read-only superuser privileges to impersonate any robot account.
CVE-2026-15927 1 Redhat 4 Mirror Registry, Mirror Registry For Red Hat Openshift, Quay and 1 more 2026-09-22 6.8 Medium
A flaw was found in Red Hat Quay's repository-level mirror configuration feature. The POST and PUT handlers in endpoints/api/mirror.py accept an external_reference parameter without SSRF validation, unlike the organization-level mirror handlers which apply validate_external_registry_url(). A repository administrator can supply a crafted hostname that causes the Quay mirror worker to make requests via Skopeo to internal network services, cloud metadata endpoints, or other resources not intended to be reachable from the Quay application.
CVE-2026-93574 2 Io.netty, Redhat 21 Netty-codec-http, Amq Broker, Amq Clients and 18 more 2026-09-22 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in Netty's `netty-codec-http` component. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted HTTP/1.1 chunk-size token that includes post-digit whitespace. This incorrect parsing of the chunk size can lead to HTTP request smuggling. This allows an attacker to bypass security controls or access unauthorized resources in proxy/backend deployments.
CVE-2026-94001 1 Redhat 2 Build Keycloak, Red Hat Single Sign On 2026-09-22 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in the Admin REST API of Keycloak, an open-source identity and access management solution. The endpoint used for deleting user credentials does not correctly check for fine-grained reset-password permissions. This allows a delegated administrator, who should be restricted from resetting passwords, to delete a user's password credentials, resulting in the user being unable to log in.
CVE-2026-92768 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-09-22 5.5 Medium
A flaw was found in cockpit-machines. This vulnerability allows a local attacker to expose sensitive Virtual Machine (VM) credentials, including plaintext passwords, by inspecting process command-line arguments during VM creation or installation. The cockpit-machines component passes password values directly on the command line, making them visible to other local users on systems where process arguments are not restricted. Successful exploitation leads to information disclosure, potentially compromising VM access.
CVE-2026-91147 1 Redhat 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift Dev Spaces, Openshift Devspaces 2026-09-22 5.9 Medium
A flaw was found in `cockpit-ws`. This vulnerability allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by sending a specially crafted request. When the `WebService.UrlRoot` is configured and a request is made to the exact URL-root prefix without a trailing slash, `cockpit-ws` can terminate unexpectedly. This issue leads to the unavailability of the Cockpit web service.
CVE-2026-93579 2 Io.netty, Redhat 20 Netty-codec-http2, Amq Broker, Apicurio Registry and 17 more 2026-09-22 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in Netty's HTTP/2 stack. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker to inject prohibited characters, such as NUL, Line Feed, and Carriage Return, into HTTP/2 header field values due to insufficient validation. When these values cross an HTTP/2 to HTTP/1.1 translation boundary, they can be exploited for request smuggling, header injection, or response splitting. This could lead to unauthorized access, data manipulation, or other security bypasses.
CVE-2026-93565 2 Red Hat, Redhat 21 Red Hat Amq Broker 7, Amq Broker, Amq Clients and 18 more 2026-09-22 7.5 High
A flaw was found in Netty RtspDecoder. The `RtspMethods.valueOf()` function incorrectly strips trailing control bytes from method tokens in Real-Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) requests. A remote attacker can exploit this by sending a specially crafted RTSP request, leading to method-token smuggling. This vulnerability allows an attacker to bypass method-based access controls and can also be used to launder malicious requests through Netty-based RTSP proxies, making them appear legitimate to backend systems.
