CVSS v3.1 |
| A certificate verification error in wolfSSL when building with the WOLFSSL_SYS_CA_CERTS and WOLFSSL_APPLE_NATIVE_CERT_VALIDATION options results in the wolfSSL
client failing to properly verify the server certificate's domain name,
allowing any certificate issued by a trusted CA to be accepted regardless of the hostname. |
| XSS Attack in mar.jar, Monitoring Archive Utility (MAR Utility), monitoringconsolecommon.jar in TIBCO Software Inc TIBCO Hawk and TIBCO Operational Intelligence |
| SS1 Ver.16.0.0.10 and earlier (Media version:16.0.0a and earlier) allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to upload arbitrary files and execute OS commands with SYSTEM privileges. |
| SS1 Ver.16.0.0.10 and earlier (Media version:16.0.0a and earlier) allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to upload arbitrary files and execute OS commands with SYSTEM privileges. |
| The Control-M/Agent is vulnerable to unauthenticated remote code execution, arbitrary file read and write and similar unauthorized actions when mutual SSL/TLS authentication is not enabled (i.e. in the default configuration).
NOTE:
* The vendor believes that this vulnerability only occurs when documented security best practices are not followed. BMC has always strongly recommended to use security best practices such as configuring SSL/TLS between Control-M Server and Agent.
* The vendor notifies that Control-M/Agent is not impacted in Control-M SaaS |
| Better Auth is an authentication and authorization library for TypeScript. In versions prior to 1.3.26, unauthenticated attackers can create or modify API keys for any user by passing that user's id in the request body to the `api/auth/api-key/create` route. `session?.user ?? (authRequired ? null : { id: ctx.body.userId })`. When no session exists but `userId` is present in the request body, `authRequired` becomes false and the user object is set to the attacker-controlled ID. Server-only field validation only executes when `authRequired` is true (lines 280-295), allowing attackers to set privileged fields. No additional authentication occurs before the database operation, so the malicious payload is accepted. The same pattern exists in the update endpoint. This is a critical authentication bypass enabling full an unauthenticated attacker can generate an API key for any user and immediately gain complete authenticated access. This allows the attacker to perform any action as the victim user using the api key, potentially compromise the user data and the application depending on the victim's privileges. Version 1.3.26 contains a patch for the issue. |
| DIAView (v4.2.0 and prior) - Directory Traversal Information Disclosure Vulnerability |
| Atheos is a self-hosted browser-based cloud IDE. Prior to v600, the $path and $target parameters are not properly validated across multiple components, allowing an attacker to read, modify, or execute arbitrary files on the server. These vulnerabilities can be exploited through various attack vectors present in multiple PHP files. This vulnerability is fixed in v600. |
| Improper Authentication vulnerability in GE Vernova Smallworld on Windows, Linux allows Authentication Abuse.This issue affects Smallworld: 5.3.3 and prior versions for Linux, and 5.3.4. and prior versions for Windows. |
| # Active Storage allowed transformation methods potentially unsafe
Active Storage attempts to prevent the use of potentially unsafe image
transformation methods and parameters by default.
The default allowed list contains three methods allow for the circumvention
of the safe defaults which enables potential command injection
vulnerabilities in cases where arbitrary user supplied input is accepted as
valid transformation methods or parameters.
Impact
------
This vulnerability impacts applications that use Active Storage with the image_processing processing gem in addition to mini_magick as the image processor.
Vulnerable code will look something similar to this:
```
<%= image_tag blob.variant(params[:t] => params[:v]) %>
```
Where the transformation method or its arguments are untrusted arbitrary input.
All users running an affected release should either upgrade or use one of the workarounds immediately.
Workarounds
-----------
Consuming user supplied input for image transformation methods or their parameters is unsupported behavior and should be considered dangerous.
Strict validation of user supplied methods and parameters should be performed
as well as having a strong [ImageMagick security
policy](https://imagemagick.org/script/security-policy.php) deployed.

| An OS command injection vulnerability exists in AVTECH IP camera, DVR, and NVR devices via the PwdGrp.cgi endpoint, which handles user and group management operations. Authenticated users can supply input through the pwd or grp parameters, which are directly embedded into system commands without proper sanitation. This allows for the execution of arbitrary shell commands with root privileges. |
| The Windows service configuration of ABP and AES contains an unquoted ImagePath registry value vulnerability. This allows a local attacker to execute arbitrary code by placing a malicious executable in a predictable location such as C:\Program.exe. If the service runs with elevated privileges, exploitation results in privilege escalation to SYSTEM level. This vulnerability arises from an unquoted service path affecting systems where the executable resides in a path containing spaces.
Affected products and versions include: ABP 2.0.7.6130 and earlier as well as AES 1.0.6.6133 and earlier. |
| A broken authorization vulnerability in Kiloview NDI N30 allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to deactivate user verification, giving them access to state changing actions that should only be initiated by administratorsThis issue affects
Kiloview NDI N30
and was fixed in Firmware version later than 2.02.0246 |
| The SunPower PVS6's BluetoothLE interface is vulnerable due to its use of hardcoded encryption parameters and publicly accessible protocol details. An attacker within Bluetooth range could exploit this vulnerability to gain full access to the device's servicing interface. This access allows the attacker to perform actions such as firmware replacement, disabling power production, modifying grid settings, creating SSH tunnels, altering firewall settings, and manipulating connected devices. |
| Bypass vulnerability in the authentication method in the GTT Tax Information System application, related to the Active Directory (LDAP) login method.
Authentication is performed through a local WebSocket, but the web application does not properly validate the authenticity or origin of the data received, allowing an attacker with access to the local machine or internal network to impersonate the legitimate WebSocket and inject manipulated information.
Exploiting this vulnerability could allow an attacker to authenticate as any user in the domain, without the need for valid credentials, compromising the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the application and its data. |
| Amazon EMR Secret Agent creates a keytab file containing Kerberos credentials. This file is stored in the /tmp/ directory. A user with access to this directory and another account can potentially decrypt the keys and escalate to higher privileges.
Users are advised to upgrade to Amazon EMR version 7.5 or higher. For Amazon EMR releases between 6.10 and 7.4, we strongly recommend that you run the bootstrap script and RPM files with the fix provided in the location below. |
| Improper Validation of Integrity Check Value vulnerability in Sharp Display Solutions projectors allows a attacker may create and run unauthorized firmware. |
| pac4j is a security framework for Java. `pac4j-core` prior to version 4.0.0 is affected by a Java deserialization vulnerability. The vulnerability affects systems that store externally controlled values in attributes of the `UserProfile` class from pac4j-core. It can be exploited by providing an attribute that contains a serialized Java object with a special prefix `{#sb64}` and Base64 encoding. This issue may lead to Remote Code Execution (RCE) in the worst case. Although a `RestrictedObjectInputStream` is in place, that puts some restriction on what classes can be deserialized, it still allows a broad range of java packages and potentially exploitable with different gadget chains. pac4j versions 4.0.0 and greater are not affected by this issue. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. |
| COMMAX CVD-Axx DVR 5.1.4 contains weak default administrative credentials that allow remote password attacks and disclose RTSP stream. Attackers can exploit this by sending a POST request with the 'passkey' parameter set to '1234', allowing them to access the web control panel. |
