CVSS v3.1 |
ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to versions 7.1.2-16 and 6.9.13-41, domain="path" authorization is checked before final file open/use. A symlink swap between check-time and use-time bypasses policy-denied read/write. This vulnerability is fixed in 7.1.2-16 and 6.9.13-41.
A potential vulnerability was reported in the Lenovo FileZ Android application that, under certain conditions, could allow a local authenticated user to retrieve some sensitive data stored in a log file.
Free of memory not on the heap in Windows Ancillary Function Driver for WinSock allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
Improper link resolution before file access ('link following') in Host Process for Windows Tasks allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
Entrust Instant Financial Issuance (IFI) On Premise software (formerly referred to as CardWizard) versions 5.x, prior to 6.10.5, and prior to 6.11.1 contain an insecure .NET Remoting exposure in the SmartCardController service (DCG.SmartCardControllerService.exe). The service registers a TCP remoting channel with unsafe formatter/settings that permit untrusted remoting object invocation. A remote, unauthenticated attacker who can reach the remoting port can invoke exposed remoting objects to read arbitrary files from the server and coerce outbound authentication, and may achieve arbitrary file write and remote code execution via known .NET Remoting exploitation techniques. This can lead to disclosure of sensitive installation and service-account data and compromise of the affected host.
Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in magepeopleteam WpEvently mage-eventpress allows Object Injection. This issue affects WpEvently: from n/a through <= 5.0.8.
Intego Personal Backup, a macOS backup utility that allows users to create scheduled backups and bootable system clones, contains a local privilege escalation vulnerability. Backup task definitions are stored in a location writable by non-privileged users while being processed with elevated privileges. By crafting a malicious serialized task file, a local attacker can trigger arbitrary file writes to sensitive system locations, leading to privilege escalation to root.
Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in YITHEMES YITH WooCommerce Compare yith-woocommerce-compare allows Object Injection. This issue affects YITH WooCommerce Compare: from n/a through <= 3.6.0.
Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in magepeopleteam WpEvently mage-eventpress allows Object Injection. This issue affects WpEvently: from n/a through <= 5.1.1.
Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in Brainstorm Force CartFlows cartflows allows Object Injection. This issue affects CartFlows: from n/a through <= 2.1.19.
Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in A WP Life Slider Responsive Slideshow – Image slider, Gallery slideshow slider-responsive-slideshow allows Object Injection. This issue affects Slider Responsive Slideshow – Image slider, Gallery slideshow: from n/a through <= 1.5.4.
Charging station authentication identifiers are publicly accessible via web-based mapping platforms.
In preloader, there is a possible read of device unique identifiers due to a logic error. This could lead to local information disclosure, if an attacker has physical access to the device, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: ALPS10607099; Issue ID: MSV-6118.
| A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco Secure Firewall Management Center (FMC) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to execute arbitrary Java code as root on an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to insecure deserialization of a user-supplied Java byte stream. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted serialized Java object to the web-based management interface of an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code on the device and elevate privileges to root.
Note: If the FMC management interface does not have public internet access, the attack surface that is associated with this vulnerability is reduced. |
Avira Internet Security contains a deserialization of untrusted data vulnerability in the System Speedup component. The Avira.SystemSpeedup.RealTimeOptimizer.exe process, which runs with SYSTEM privileges, deserializes data from a file located in C:\\ProgramData using .NET BinaryFormatter without implementing input validation or deserialization safeguards. Because the file can be created or modified by a local user in default configurations, an attacker can supply a crafted serialized payload that is deserialized by the privileged process, resulting in arbitrary code execution as SYSTEM.
Charging station authentication identifiers are publicly accessible via web-based mapping platforms.
HAX CMS helps manage microsite universe with PHP or NodeJs backends. Prior to 25.0.0, the /server-status endpoint is publicly accessible and exposes sensitive information including authentication tokens (user_token), user activity, client IP addresses, and server configuration details. This allows any unauthenticated user to monitor real-time user interactions and gather internal infrastructure information. This vulnerability is fixed in 25.0.0.
SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Portal Administration is vulnerable if a privileged user uploads untrusted or malicious content that, upon deserialization, could result in a high impact on the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the host system.
fetchmailconf in fetchmail before 5.7.4 allows local users to overwrite files of other users via a symlink attack on temporary files.
FreeBSD allows local users to conduct a denial of service by creating a hard link from a device special file to a file on an NFS file system.
