CVSS v3.1 |
Pydantic AI is a Python agent framework for building applications and workflows with Generative AI. From 1.77.0 until 1.107.6 and 2.44.0, the local web_fetch_tool and the WebFetch local fallback compare blocked_domains entries with a URL hostname before both values are normalized to the form used by getaddrinfo. An attacker-influenced model can use an equivalent IDNA spelling, non-ASCII label separator, case variation, or trailing root label that resolves to a blocked host but does not match the configured string, causing the application to fetch that host with its own privileges. allowed_domains fails closed for unmatched spellings, and private-IP and cloud-metadata protections remain effective. This issue is fixed in versions 1.107.6 and 2.44.0.
An authorization bypass in the EWS FindItem handler of Zimbra Collaboration Suite 10.1.0 through 10.1.19 allows an authenticated user with EWS enabled to read complete mailbox items, including raw MIME and attachments, from arbitrary local accounts without a share or delegation grant.
An incorrect calculation in Decimal128 string parsing in the MongoDB C Driver can accept certain over-precision inputs containing leading zeros instead of rejecting them. This produces a value different from the supplied text. An actor who can provide a decimal string to an embedding application, including through Extended JSON parsing, can cause the application to store or use an incorrect numeric value.
The BSON buffer-reservation API in the MongoDB C Driver can record a length smaller than the five-byte BSON minimum. Later append or comparison operations can underflow unsigned length calculations and read or write outside the document buffer. An actor who can influence the length supplied by an embedding application can cause the application to terminate or read or corrupt adjacent process memory. Reaching this issue requires the application to pass an undersized value to bson_reserve_buffer and then perform an affected operation.
An off-by-one error in the BSON bulk document writer in the MongoDB C Driver can write one zero byte immediately past a heap allocation when a document ends at a specific buffer boundary. An actor who can influence the size of documents serialized by an embedding application can corrupt adjacent process memory or terminate the process. Reaching this issue requires the application to use the BSON bulk-writer API and produce a precise cumulative document size.
| An incomplete list of disallowed inputs in Amazon Agent Plugins for AWS databases-on-aws plugin before 1.7.1 might allow a remote unauthenticated actor to execute arbitrary operating system commands on the host running the helper via a crafted database command value introduced in the agent context.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to databases-on-aws plugin version 1.7.1 or later and verify that the updated plugin is active in each environment where it is used. |
MariaDB Connector/Node.js is used to connect applications developed on Node.js to MariaDB and MySQL databases. Prior to 3.2.5, 3.3.4, 3.4.7, and 3.5.4, text-protocol escaping always prefixes quotes with a backslash and does not honor the session's NO_BACKSLASH_ESCAPES mode, including in Connection.escape(). When that mode is enabled, the backslash is an ordinary character, so an attacker-controlled placeholder value can close the SQL string literal and inject arbitrary SQL with the application's database privileges. The vulnerable configuration may be enabled server-wide, through connector initialization options, or with an application-issued SET sql_mode; execute() and batch() use binary protocols and are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 3.2.5, 3.3.4, 3.4.7, and 3.5.4.
The image_optimizer Ruby gem 1.3.0 through 1.9.0 contains an OS command injection vulnerability in ImageOptimizer#identify_format that allows attackers to execute commands by supplying a crafted image path when the identify option is enabled. Attackers controlling the path, such as an uploaded file name, can append shell metacharacters like ';' that are executed via Ruby backticks with the Ruby process privileges.
@enmaso/node-convert through 1.0.0 contains an OS command injection vulnerability in convert.js that allows attackers to execute shell commands via unsanitized filepath and convertTo arguments. Attackers can inject shell metacharacters or a single quote into the ImageMagick command run by child_process.exec() to execute operating system commands with Node.js process privileges.
dot-access through 1.0.0 contains a prototype pollution vulnerability that allows attackers to modify Object.prototype by supplying a crafted dotted path to set(). Attackers controlling the path, such as through user-supplied field names, can use __proto__ segments to inject properties into all objects, altering authorization flags and option defaults or crashing the process.
dot-access 0.0.3 through 1.0.0 contains a code injection vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript by supplying crafted paths to get(). The path is concatenated into a new Function body in index.js, so attackers can reach constructor.constructor to load child_process and run operating system commands in the Node.js process.
ppt2png through 0.0.6 contains an OS command injection vulnerability that allows attackers to execute operating system commands by supplying unsanitized input or output path arguments. Attackers can append shell metacharacters such as ';' to file names passed to child_process.exec() in ppt2png.js, running commands with Node.js process privileges.
An out-of-bounds read in SCRAM authentication response parsing in the MongoDB C Driver can read one byte beyond a fixed-size buffer when processing a malformed server-final message. A server or network intermediary able to provide this message before server-signature verification can cause the application using the driver to terminate. The extra byte is not returned through the protocol.
MariaDB Connector/Node.js is used to connect applications developed on Node.js to MariaDB and MySQL databases. From 3.2.0 until 3.2.5, 3.3.4, 3.4.7, and 3.5.4, applications that enable permitSetMultiParamEntries can pass objects whose keys are expanded into a SQL SET clause without being processed by escapeId. An attacker-controlled key containing a backtick can close the quoted identifier and cause the remainder of the key to be interpreted as SQL. This can update columns the application did not intend to expose and can append arbitrary SQL with the database user's privileges. The option is disabled by default, and serialized-object handling used when it is disabled is not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 3.2.5, 3.3.4, 3.4.7, and 3.5.4.
An authorization flaw in Zimbra Collaboration Suiteās GrantRightsRequest allows an attacker with access to an authenticated account to grant another local account the loginAs right, creating persistent mailbox access and mail-sending authority that survives password changes and session expiry.
A policy-enforcement flaw in Zimbra Collaboration Suite allows an authenticated user to bypass disabled mail forwarding by using a Sieve notify action to send copies of email content and headers to an arbitrary address.
MariaDB Connector/Node.js is used to connect applications developed on Node.js to MariaDB and MySQL databases. Prior to 3.2.5, 3.3.4, 3.4.7, and 3.5.4, the GeoJSON Polygon and MultiPolygon binary encoders size a Buffer.allocUnsafe() allocation from each ring's numeric length before confirming that the ring is an array. A malformed non-array ring can therefore reserve bytes that the writing loop skips, and the connector sends the full buffer through execute() or batch(), disclosing uninitialized Node.js heap data into a database value. The persisted data can include other users' content, session material, database credentials, or TLS key material and may propagate to backups and replicas. The text-protocol query() path is not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 3.2.5, 3.3.4, 3.4.7, and 3.5.4.
MariaDB Connector/Node.js is used to connect applications developed on Node.js to MariaDB and MySQL databases. From 3.3.0 until 3.5.4, the zero-configuration TLS fingerprint-validation path calls Ed25519PasswordAuth.hash() through Authentication.validateFingerPrint, but Ed25519PasswordAuth.hash() references a seed identifier that is not in scope. Exposure requires a MariaDB server reached over TCP, TLS enabled with ssl: true or an ssl object whose rejectUnauthorized value is not false, a password set, no ssl.ca configured, and client_ed25519 negotiated as the authentication plugin. Under those conditions, a legitimate server, malicious server, or network attacker presenting a self-signed certificate can reach this path and cause a synchronous ReferenceError to escape the socket data handler. Under Node.js default uncaught-exception behavior, the client process terminates, causing denial of service. Configurations using a provided CA, rejectUnauthorized: false, another authentication plugin, or a Unix socket do not reach this vulnerable path. This issue is fixed in version 3.5.4.
FFmpeg before 7.1.4 and 8.0.x before 8.0.2 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in ff_rtsp_connect() in libavformat/rtsp.c that follows RTSP 3xx redirects without validating the Location URL. Malicious RTSP servers can redirect FFmpeg to internal hosts and ports under other schemes, bypassing -protocol_whitelist, to probe internal network services.
FFmpeg before 8.1.3 and 9.x before 9.0.2 contains an improper certificate validation vulnerability in tls_open() of libavformat/tls_mbedtls.c, which skips hostname checks for IP-address hosts. Network attackers can intercept https, rtmps, or tls connections to IP-literal URLs with any trusted CA-issued certificate to read and tamper with streams.
