| The memory allocation function ACPI_ALLOCATE_ZEROED does not guarantee a
successful allocation, but the subsequent code directly dereferences the
pointer that receives it, which may lead to null pointer dereference.
To fix this issue, a null pointer check should be added. If it is null,
return exception code AE_NO_MEMORY. |
| An attacker can publish a zone containing specific Resource Record Sets. Processing and caching results for these sets can lead to an illegal memory accesses and crash of the Recursor, causing a denial of service.
The remedy is: upgrade to the patched 5.2.1 version.

| Sante PACS Server HTTP Content-Length Header Handling NULL Pointer Dereference Denial-of-Service Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to create a denial-of-service condition on affected installations of Sante PACS Server. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability.
