CVSS v3.1 |
| simple-git, an interface for running git commands in any node.js application, enables applications to execute Git operations from JavaScript. Prior to 4.0.0, the default blockUnsafeOperationsPlugin does not completely reject configuration includes supplied through customArgs to git.clone(). The missing include.path classification permits Git to load an attacker-controlled configuration file, and the initial remediation does not cover includeIf.<condition>.path, allowing the same file-loading primitive through a conditional include. A loaded configuration can set an executable Git option such as core.sshCommand, which Git invokes during the clone operation with the privileges of the Node.js process. Exploitation requires the application to pass attacker-influenced custom arguments and requires an attacker-controlled file that the process can read. This issue is fixed in 4.0.0. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 is affected by a command injection vulnerability in the SUID-root ssh_config_wrapper component. An authenticated high-privileged user can inject arbitrary commands through attacker-controlled arguments, resulting in command execution with root privileges. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2.2 is affected by a sensitive information exposure vulnerability. During SECRET and API_KEY rotation processing, sensitive credential material is logged at INFO level by the edge-controller/edge-manager components. An authenticated attacker with access to the relevant application or container logs could obtain these credentials and use them to impersonate services or gain unauthorized access to the Guardium control plane. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 IBM Security Guardium Data Protection is vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting (XSS) in the Quick Search results grid. An unauthenticated attacker who can influence monitored database traffic could execute malicious script in the browser of an authenticated Guardium user. |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in Kodezen LLC aBlocks ablocks allows Reflected XSS.This issue affects aBlocks: from n/a through 2.16.0. |
| Improper link resolution before file access in the asset bundling output handling in AWS aws-cdk-lib before 2.267.0 might allow a context-dependent actor to cause files from the build host to be published as the deployed asset.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 2.267.0 or later. |
| Docker Sandboxes could forward a client-supplied credential alongside a credential injected by the host egress proxy. The proxy removed alternate credentials only when their values matched known sentinel values, so untrusted code in an authorized sandbox could supply an unrecognized credential in another supported authentication header. For affected upstream services, this could authenticate the request to an attacker-controlled account and expose data included in the request. |
| Fresh is a module used by the Express.js framework for HTTP response freshness testing. It is vulnerable to a regular expression denial of service when it is passed specially crafted input to parse. This causes the event loop to be blocked causing a denial of service condition. |
| simple-git, an interface for running git commands in any node.js application, enables applications to execute Git operations from JavaScript. Prior to 4.0.0, the default blockUnsafeOperationsPlugin compares parsed option names with literal dangerous option spellings while Git accepts unambiguous long-option abbreviations. Attacker-influenced push arguments such as abbreviated --receive-pack or --exec forms can therefore bypass detectVulnerableFlags, reach git push against a local or file remote or an attacker-influenced receive-pack target, and cause Git to invoke an attacker-selected command in consumers that expose those arguments. The clone-side abbreviation handling does not protect the push path. This issue is fixed in 4.0.0. |
| Ollama is vulnerable to path traversal in the `/api/pull` endpoint due to insufficient validation of layer digests by the `digestToPath` function. An unauthenticated remote attacker can specify a path traversal sequence as a layer digest, causing a malicious binary to be written outside the model store.
Critically if the server process has write access to `/usr/lib/ollama` (the default in most Ollama Docker images), an attacker can write the malicious file to that directory. On the next server restart, the file is loaded and executed, resulting in remote code execution as root.
This issue was fixed in version 0.35.0. |
| An arbitrary file and directory deletion vulnerability exists in the REST API management interface handling USB storage operations on Brocade Fabric OS versions before 10.0.1. An authenticated user possessing USB management privileges can manipulate requested target paths to delete arbitrary files or directories on the switch's local root filesystem, bypassing intended USB mount point boundaries. |
| simple-git, an interface for running git commands in any node.js application, enables applications to execute Git operations from JavaScript. From 3.15.0 until 4.0.1, the default blockUnsafeOperationsPlugin does not classify trailer.<token>.cmd as unsafe configuration. An application that passes attacker-controlled values through SimpleGitOptions.config or inline -c arguments can therefore allow Git to invoke an attacker-selected shell command when git interpret-trailers processes the configured trailer. The command executes with the operating-system identity and permissions of the Node.js process. This issue is fixed in 4.0.1. |
| Access of Memory Location Before Start of Buffer in GitHub repository vim/vim prior to 8.2. |
| A NULL pointer dereference flaw was found in vmxnet3_rq_cleanup in drivers/net/vmxnet3/vmxnet3_drv.c in the networking sub-component in vmxnet3 in the Linux Kernel. This issue may allow a local attacker with normal user privilege to cause a denial of service due to a missing sanity check during cleanup. |
| Out-of-bounds Write in GitHub repository vim/vim prior to 8.2. |
| FasterXML jackson-databind 2.x before 2.9.10.4 mishandles the interaction between serialization gadgets and typing, related to org.springframework.aop.config.MethodLocatingFactoryBean (aka spring-aop). |
| A deserialization of untrusted data vulnerability in WatchGuard Fireware OS's SAML single sign-on session handling (samld) allows an attacker who has already obtained the ability to write files on the appliance to execute arbitrary code in the context of the samld service by causing samld to load a maliciously crafted session file. |
| Open redirect in AppManifest in Google Chrome prior to 155.0.8059.39 allowed a remote attacker leveraging social engineering to bypass web origin policy via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium) |
| mJobTime through build 15.7.3.32 contains an unauthenticated SQL execution vulnerability in the Login.aspx admin panel handlers, where the runQueryButton postback and exportSqlQuery_Server PageMethod execute caller-supplied SQL against the backing Sybase SQL Anywhere database using DBA/sysadmin privileges with no server-side authentication enforced beyond a client-side sessionStorage flag. Attackers can submit arbitrary SQL through these exposed endpoints to invoke xp_cmdshell and xp_read_file, achieving pre-authentication remote code execution as LocalSystem via a single HTTP request. |
| Uncontrolled eviction in the pending sign-in tables of the REST API in Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.3.4 and 6.3.5 allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to make other users' OpenID Connect, SAML and passkey sign-ins fail. The routes that start a single sign-on and hand out a passkey sign-in challenge are reached without authentication and stored pending state in bounded tables that dropped their oldest entry when full, whoever had started it. An attacker who starts sign-ins a few times a second (about a hundred a second for passkeys) pushes every other user's pending sign-in out of the table before that user's browser returns, denying single sign-on and passkey sign-in for as long as the requests continue. |
