CVSS v3.1 |
| In Eclipse ThreadX versions 6.0.1 through 6.5.2.202603, ThreadX Modules does not revoke a module's trace-buffer-full callback when the module is stopped and unloaded. With event tracing enabled and a kernel-owned trace buffer still active, a later buffer wrap invokes the callback from privileged thread context after the module's code has been released, so a user-mode module can have its code run with kernel privileges after unload, or, once the memory is reused, redirect control flow or cause a fault. |
| ZohoCorp ManageEngine Key Manager Plus versions up to 7150 allow authenticated users to export certificates belonging to other users to their own registered key vaults. |
| ManageEngine Key Manager Plus versions before 7151 are vulnerable to an improper access control issue that allow authenticated users to modify another user's ACME certificate deployment credentials. |
| In Eclipse Mnestix Browser versions 1.6.0 up until but excluding 2.3.0 it was possible for an unauthenticated attacker to exfiltrate the MNESTIX_BACKEND_API_KEY for all configured Infrastructures. |
| Płatnik performs client-side authentication. An attacker with access to any application instance connected to the backend server can bypass the login verification process and authenticate as an arbitrary user.
This issue was fixed in metric 334 in version 10.02.002. |
| Use of a weak password encoding algorithm in Płatnik software allows a user who obtains encoded password to easily decode it.
This issue was fixed in metric 334 in version 10.02.002. |
| Płatnik uses HTTP protocol to download updates, libraries and support files. It allows an attacker to conduct a Man-In-The-Middle attack, obtain transmitted data and replace the original files with their own.
This issue was fixed in metric 334 in version 10.02.002. |
| Insufficient bounds checking in the Digital I/O function may allow a remote attacker with high privileges to cause a denial of service. |
| Improper input validation in the IPsec VPN function may allow a remote attacker with high privileges to inject system commands and execute them with root privileges. |
| Improper input validation in the Digital I/O function may allow a remote attacker with high privileges to inject operating system commands and execute them with root privileges. |
| Improper input validation in the ZeroTier VPN function may allow a remote attacker with high privileges to inject system commands and execute them with root privileges. |
| Improper input validation in management control functions may allow a remote attacker with high privileges to inject operating system commands and execute them with root privileges. |
| billboard.js before 4.1.3 allows an attacker to execute malicious JavaScript due to improper sanitization of series ids during legend template rendering. |
| A flaw was found in gnutls. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by presenting a specially crafted certificate that contains Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) or Service (SRV) Subject Alternative Names (SANs). This could cause the certificate validation process to incorrectly fall back to checking DNS hostnames against the Common Name (CN), potentially allowing the attacker to spoof legitimate services or intercept sensitive information. |
| In multiple functions of base.c, there is a possible use-after-free due to a race condition. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. |
| The Easy Digital Downloads plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authentication bypass leading to administrator account takeover in all versions up to, and including, 3.7.2. During a PayPal guest checkout, the email address entered in the guest-checkout field is trusted as proof of identity: edd_get_purchase_form_user() binds the new guest order to an existing WordPress user purely on an email-address match, rewriting the order's user_id to that user's ID. The PayPal capture sink PurchaseUser::maybe_log_in_after_capture() then looked the user up by the order email (get_user_by( 'email', $order->email )) and, when $order->user_id equalled that user's ID (which the email-binding step guarantees), issued an authenticated session with wp_set_auth_cookie(). An unauthenticated attacker who starts a guest checkout using an administrator's email address (where that administrator has no existing EDD customer record) and completes the PayPal purchase flow therefore receives an authenticated session as that administrator — a full account takeover. The same sink is reachable through the standard PayPal checkout and the REST UnbrandedCard and Fastlane flows. |
| The authentication endpoint does not properly encode user-supplied input before rendering it within the web page. This lack of output encoding allows an attacker to inject malicious JavaScript payloads into the authentication flow, which are then executed by the victim's browser.
By exploiting this vulnerability, an attacker can redirect the user's browser to a malicious website, modify the content of the web page displayed to the user, or exfiltrate information from the browser. However, due to the implementation of the httpOnly flag on session-related sensitive cookies, session hijacking and similar attacks are not possible. |
| An out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the Qt CoAP message parsing (QCoapInternalReply::createFromFrame()) of the Qt CoAP module. Processing a malformed CoAP message can cause an application using Qt CoAP to crash (loss of availability) or to continue operating on incorrect data (potential loss of integrity). |
| In multiple functions of dma-buf.c, there is a possible use after free due to a race condition. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ipv4: free inet_opt and ireq_opt after an RCU grace period
tcp_v4_syn_recv_sock() transfers ownership of ireq->ireq_opt to the
child socket (newinet->inet_opt) without copying it.
Another cpu can concurrently process a retransmitted SYN for the same
request socket, and send a SYNACK from tcp_check_req().
tcp_v4_send_synack() and inet_csk_route_req() read ireq->ireq_opt
under rcu_read_lock() only, and ip_build_and_send_pkt() and
ip_options_build() then read opt->optlen twice.
Note that the SYNACK timer itself is not an issue: it holds a
reference on its request socket, and inet_csk_reqsk_queue_drop()
calls timer_delete_sync() before the child can be freed.
Since commit 079096f103fa ("tcp/dccp: install syn_recv requests
into ehash table"), request sockets are processed without holding
the listener lock, so nothing prevents the child socket from being
freed while the SYNACK is still being built. TCP child sockets do
not have SOCK_RCU_FREE, and inet_sock_destruct() frees inet_opt
with a plain kfree(), leading to a use-after-free in
ip_options_build().
A similar issue exists with request socket migration
(net.ipv4.tcp_migrate_req=1, or a BPF_SK_REUSEPORT_SELECT_OR_MIGRATE
program). reqsk_timer_handler() clones the request socket with
inet_reqsk_clone(), so that the old request socket and its clone
share the same ireq_opt, then reqsk_migrate_reset() clears the
pointer in the old one. Another cpu holding a reference on the old
request socket can still be using these options (sending a SYNACK,
or creating a child in tcp_v4_syn_recv_sock()) when the clone is
freed, and tcp_v4_reqsk_destructor() also uses a plain kfree().
Readers already use RCU, and other paths replacing inet_opt
(do_ip_setsockopt(), cipso_v4_sock_setattr()...) already use
kfree_rcu(). Use kfree_rcu() in inet_sock_destruct() and
tcp_v4_reqsk_destructor() as well.
IPv6 is not affected by the first issue, because tcp_v6_syn_recv_sock()
duplicates the options. tcp_v6_reqsk_destructor() has the same
migration issue with ipv6_opt, which is only set by CALIPSO. This
will be addressed in a separate patch. |
