| A flaw was found in the file-psd plugin in GIMP. When processing a specially crafted PSD image file, the plugin does not properly validate the channel-count parameter. This incorrect validation leads to improper memory bounds checking, resulting in both a heap out-of-bounds read and a stack out-of-bounds access. This issue can result in an application crash, leading to a denial of service or a limited information disclosure of memory contents. |
| @hono/oauth-providers is Authentication middleware for Hono. Prior to version 0.8.6, the built-in social login providers accept an OAuth callback even when the `state` value is absent on both sides, so the anti-CSRF check passes for a callback that never came from a genuine login attempt. This defeats the `state`-based CSRF protection under default usage. Version 0.8.6 has a patch. |
| A pre-authentication stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the http_gdpr_decrypt function of TL-MR100 V3.20 due to insufficient bounds checking of encrypted requests to the /cgi/login endpoint. An adjacent unauthenticated attacker with access to the router's web management interface can trigger memory corruption and potentially achieve arbitrary code execution.
Successful exploitation can overwrite saved control-flow data on the httpd process stack prior to authentication, resulting in a service crash or potential arbitrary code execution in the context of the affected process. |

| A flaw was found in libsolv, a dependency-resolution library used by RPM-based package managers such as dnf and zypper to work with .solv repository cache files. When libsolv rewrites a .solv cache file, it reads directory-id values from the file's compressed filelist data without validating that they fall within the expected range. A corrupted or specially crafted .solv cache file (for example, one left in a torn state after an unclean system shutdown) can cause an out-of-bounds memory write when a tool such as dnf, yum, or zypper next processes it. Successful exploitation is expected to result in a crash of the affected tool (denial of service); it is not expected to allow arbitrary code execution because the out-of-bounds write always stores a fixed, non-attacker-controlled value. |
| A buffer
overflow vulnerability exists in the embedded HTTP service in TL-WR841N v14 when processing
multipart/form-data requests. Insufficient validation of an attacker-controlled
boundary parameter may allow a remote unauthenticated attacker to submit a
crafted request that corrupts memory by overwriting data beyond the bounds of
an internal buffer.
Successful
exploitation may result in modification or corruption of process memory,
potentially leading to undefined application behavior. Arbitrary code
execution, information disclosure, and denial-of-service conditions have not
been demonstrated. |
| An OS command injection vulnerability was found in yast2-users. When displaying the "Password Settings" tab of a user, get_password_term() in src/include/users/dialogs.rb read the shadowLastChange and shadowExpire fields with GetString(), which performs no numeric validation, and passed the resulting string to format_days_after_epoch(). That helper interpolated the value into a shell command executed via Ruby backticks without quoting or escaping.
Impact: an administrator who manages users against an external/federated LDAP directory via `yast2 users` triggers root command execution the moment they view or edit that particular user's "Password Settings" tab. No "join domain" or trust setup is required, just browsing/editing one user entry.
