CVSS v3.1 |
| The refresh token grant type in WSO2 products fails to re-validate account status before issuing new access tokens. This weakness allows an attacker to obtain valid access tokens for user accounts even after they have been blocked by the user store, bypassing account lockout mechanisms.
This vulnerability can lead to unauthorized access to user accounts and their associated resources. Attackers can leverage this to perform actions on behalf of blocked users, potentially leading to privilege escalation or data exfiltration depending on the permissions of the compromised account. |
| The affected components accept user-supplied input for constructing redirection URLs without enforcing expected validation constraints. This allows an attacker to provide a crafted URL that can redirect users to an arbitrary external domain.
By leveraging this open redirection vulnerability, an attacker can craft a malicious link that, when clicked by a user, redirects them to an attacker-controlled page. This can be used in conjunction with social engineering techniques to execute phishing attacks, aiming to obtain sensitive information or cause other harm. |
| The product fails to sufficiently validate callback URLs, allowing them to be manipulated with malicious payloads when processed through a weak regular expression or when validation is omitted.
An attacker can exploit this by crafting a link that appears legitimate but redirects users to an attacker-controlled page. This redirection facilitates phishing attacks, enabling the harvesting of sensitive user information, potentially leading to unauthorized access or data theft. |
| A buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the underlying operating system of AOS that could lead to unauthenticated remote code execution by an unauthenticated remote attacker. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability results in the ability to execute arbitrary code as a privileged user on the underlying operating system. |
| An unauthenticated file write vulnerability exists in the PAPI protocol in AOS-8. Successful exploitation could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to make limited modifications to files on the affected system and to disrupt the availability of the affected service. |
| In Modem, there is a possible out of bounds read due to a missing bounds check. This could lead to remote denial of service, if a UE has connected to a rogue base station controlled by the attacker, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: MOLY01876664; Issue ID: MSV-9834. |
| In Modem, there is a possible out of bounds write due to a missing bounds check. This could lead to remote denial of service, if a UE has connected to a rogue base station controlled by the attacker, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: MOLY01750090; Issue ID: MSV-8908. |
| In Modem, there is a possible out of bounds write due to an incorrect bounds check. This could lead to remote denial of service, if a UE has connected to a rogue base station controlled by the attacker, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: MOLY01777997; Issue ID: MSV-8905. |
| In Modem, there is a possible information disclosure due to side channel information disclosure. This could lead to remote denial of service, if a UE has connected to a rogue base station controlled by the attacker, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: MOLY01879164; Issue ID: MSV-9846. |
| In Modem, there is a possible application crash due to improper input validation. This could lead to remote denial of service, if a UE has connected to a rogue base station controlled by the attacker, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: MOLY01707455; Issue ID: MSV-9503. |
| In Modem, there is a possible out of bounds read due to a missing bounds check. This could lead to remote denial of service, if a UE has connected to a rogue base station controlled by the attacker, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: MOLY01349680 / MOLY01369097; Issue ID: MSV-9364. |
| In Modem, there is a possible out of bounds read due to a missing bounds check. This could lead to remote denial of service, if a UE has connected to a rogue base station controlled by the attacker, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: MOLY01758223; Issue ID: MSV-8909. |
| In Modem, there is a possible application crash due to a logic error. This could lead to remote denial of service, if a UE has connected to a rogue base station controlled by the attacker, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: MOLY01416152; Issue ID: MSV-7924. |
| In Modem, there is a possible way (for XXX) to XXXXX due to an integer overflow. This could lead to remote denial of service, if a UE has connected to a rogue base station controlled by the attacker, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: MOLY01334054 / MOLY01312486; Issue ID: MSV-7920. |
| In Modem, there is a possible escalation of privilege due to a permissions bypass. This could lead to local escalation of privilege (EoP) if a malicious actor has already obtained the System privilege. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: ALPS09608864 / ALPS09327759; Issue ID: MSV-2958. |
| Netpbm before 10.86.51, 11.x before 11.02.30, and 11.03 before 11.15.08 contains a stack-based buffer overflow in the picttoppm paintPoly() function due to an unbounded polygon point count. Attackers can supply a crafted PICT file with a polygon exceeding 100 points to overwrite the fixed pts array, causing crashes or potentially code execution. |
| If an attacker can write to the filesystem of a container k8s cluster container, they can plant an exec credential plugin in /etc/kubernetes/admin.conf. kubectl will run that plugin as the macOS host user the next time someone pulls the cluster's kubeconfig onto the host with container k8s write-config or create and then runs kubectl against it — turning filesystem access inside an untrusted Linux container into arbitrary command execution on the host. This vulnerability is addressed in Container version 1.5.0. |
| A race condition was addressed with additional validation. This issue is fixed in iOS 27 and iPadOS 27, macOS Golden Gate 27, visionOS 27. An app may be able to cause unexpected system termination or write kernel memory. |
| Jenkins 2.587 and earlier, LTS 2.580.1 and earlier does not apply its deserialization filter to classes referenced by the `resolves-to` attribute during XStream deserialization. |
| Jenkins 2.587 and earlier, LTS 2.580.1 and earlier computes on the agent the URL of the link shown in the workspace browser for each file and directory, resulting in a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exploitable by attackers in control of agent processes. |
