CVSS v3.1 |
| There is a username enumeration via local user login in Entrinsik Informer v5.10.1 which allows malicious users to enumerate users by entering an OTP code and new password then reviewing application responses. |
| A vulnerability in the web UI of Cisco Desk Phone 9800 Series, Cisco IP Phone 7800 and 8800 Series, and Cisco Video Phone 8875 could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to access sensitive information on an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to improper storage of sensitive information within the web UI of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)-based phone loads. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by browsing to the IP address of a device that has Web Access enabled. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to access sensitive information, including incoming and outgoing call records.
Note: Web Access is disabled by default. |
| A vulnerability in the directory permissions of Cisco Desk Phone 9800 Series, Cisco IP Phone 7800 and 8800 Series, and Cisco Video Phone 8875 could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to access sensitive information on an affected device.
This vulnerability exists because the product exposes sensitive information to an actor that is not explicitly authorized to have access to that information. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted packet to the IP address of a device that has Web Access enabled. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to access sensitive information from the device.
Note: To exploit this vulnerability, Web Access must be enabled on the phone. Web Access is disabled by default. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ovl: Filter invalid inodes with missing lookup function
Add a check to the ovl_dentry_weird() function to prevent the
processing of directory inodes that lack the lookup function.
This is important because such inodes can cause errors in overlayfs
when passed to the lowerstack. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
x86/lam: Disable ADDRESS_MASKING in most cases
Linear Address Masking (LAM) has a weakness related to transient
execution as described in the SLAM paper[1]. Unless Linear Address
Space Separation (LASS) is enabled this weakness may be exploitable.
Until kernel adds support for LASS[2], only allow LAM for COMPILE_TEST,
or when speculation mitigations have been disabled at compile time,
otherwise keep LAM disabled.
There are no processors in market that support LAM yet, so currently
nobody is affected by this issue.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ELF: fix kernel.randomize_va_space double read
ELF loader uses "randomize_va_space" twice. It is sysctl and can change
at any moment, so 2 loads could see 2 different values in theory with
unpredictable consequences.
Issue exactly one load for consistent value across one exec. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: nl80211: disallow setting special AP channel widths
Setting the AP channel width is meant for use with the normal
20/40/... MHz channel width progression, and switching around
in S1G or narrow channels isn't supported. Disallow that. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
crypto: ecdh - explicitly zeroize private_key
private_key is overwritten with the key parameter passed in by the
caller (if present), or alternatively a newly generated private key.
However, it is possible that the caller provides a key (or the newly
generated key) which is shorter than the previous key. In that
scenario, some key material from the previous key would not be
overwritten. The easiest solution is to explicitly zeroize the entire
private_key array first.
Note that this patch slightly changes the behavior of this function:
previously, if the ecc_gen_privkey failed, the old private_key would
remain. Now, the private_key is always zeroized. This behavior is
consistent with the case where params.key is set and ecc_is_key_valid
fails. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
media: rc: bpf attach/detach requires write permission
Note that bpf attach/detach also requires CAP_NET_ADMIN. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
um: time-travel: fix time corruption
In 'basic' time-travel mode (without =inf-cpu or =ext), we
still get timer interrupts. These can happen at arbitrary
points in time, i.e. while in timer_read(), which pushes
time forward just a little bit. Then, if we happen to get
the interrupt after calculating the new time to push to,
but before actually finishing that, the interrupt will set
the time to a value that's incompatible with the forward,
and we'll crash because time goes backwards when we do the
forwarding.
Fix this by reading the time_travel_time, calculating the
adjustment, and doing the adjustment all with interrupts
disabled. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
PCI: switchtec: Fix stdev_release() crash after surprise hot remove
A PCI device hot removal may occur while stdev->cdev is held open. The call
to stdev_release() then happens during close or exit, at a point way past
switchtec_pci_remove(). Otherwise the last ref would vanish with the
trailing put_device(), just before return.
At that later point in time, the devm cleanup has already removed the
stdev->mmio_mrpc mapping. Also, the stdev->pdev reference was not a counted
one. Therefore, in DMA mode, the iowrite32() in stdev_release() will cause
a fatal page fault, and the subsequent dma_free_coherent(), if reached,
would pass a stale &stdev->pdev->dev pointer.
Fix by moving MRPC DMA shutdown into switchtec_pci_remove(), after
stdev_kill(). Counting the stdev->pdev ref is now optional, but may prevent
future accidents.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
s390/ptrace: handle setting of fpc register correctly
If the content of the floating point control (fpc) register of a traced
process is modified with the ptrace interface the new value is tested for
validity by temporarily loading it into the fpc register.
This may lead to corruption of the fpc register of the tracing process:
if an interrupt happens while the value is temporarily loaded into the
fpc register, and within interrupt context floating point or vector
registers are used, the current fp/vx registers are saved with
save_fpu_regs() assuming they belong to user space and will be loaded into
fp/vx registers when returning to user space.
test_fp_ctl() restores the original user space fpc register value, however
it will be discarded, when returning to user space.
In result the tracer will incorrectly continue to run with the value that
was supposed to be used for the traced process.
Fix this by saving fpu register contents with save_fpu_regs() before using
test_fp_ctl(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: rt2x00: restart beacon queue when hardware reset
When a hardware reset is triggered, all registers are reset, so all
queues are forced to stop in hardware interface. However, mac80211
will not automatically stop the queue. If we don't manually stop the
beacon queue, the queue will be deadlocked and unable to start again.
This patch fixes the issue where Apple devices cannot connect to the
AP after calling ieee80211_restart_hw(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
spi: sun6i: reduce DMA RX transfer width to single byte
Through empirical testing it has been determined that sometimes RX SPI
transfers with DMA enabled return corrupted data. This is down to single
or even multiple bytes lost during DMA transfer from SPI peripheral to
memory. It seems the RX FIFO within the SPI peripheral can become
confused when performing bus read accesses wider than a single byte to it
during an active SPI transfer.
This patch reduces the width of individual DMA read accesses to the
RX FIFO to a single byte to mitigate that issue. |
| Umbraco is an ASP.NET CMS. Due to unsafe handling and deletion of temporary files in versions 10.0.0 through 13.12.0, during the dictionary upload process an attacker with access to the backoffice can trigger predictable requests to temporary file paths. The application’s error responses (HTTP 500 when a file exists, 404 when it does not) allow the attacker to enumerate the existence of arbitrary files on the server’s filesystem. This vulnerability does not allow reading or writing file contents. In certain configurations, incomplete clean-up of temporary upload files may additionally expose the NTLM hash of the Windows account running the Umbraco application. This issue is fixed in version 13.12.1. |
| XiangShan Nanhu V2 and XiangShan Kunmighu V3 were discovered to use speculative execution and indirect branch prediction, allowing attackers to access sensitive information via side-channel analysis of the data cache. |
| A vulnerability has been identified in Gridscale X Prepay (All versions < V4.2.1). The affected application is vulnerable to user enumeration due to distinguishable responses. This could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to determine if a user is valid or not, enabling a brute force attack with valid users. |
| Weblate is a web based localization tool. In versions prior to 5.15.1, it was possible to read arbitrary files from the server file system using crafted symbolic links in the repository. Version 5.15.1 fixes the issue. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
HID: ignore non-functional sensor in HP 5MP Camera
The HP 5MP Camera (USB ID 0408:5473) reports a HID sensor interface that
is not actually implemented. Attempting to access this non-functional
sensor via iio_info causes system hangs as runtime PM tries to wake up
an unresponsive sensor.
[453] hid-sensor-hub 0003:0408:5473.0003: Report latency attributes: ffffffff:ffffffff
[453] hid-sensor-hub 0003:0408:5473.0003: common attributes: 5:1, 2:1, 3:1 ffffffff:ffffffff
Add this device to the HID ignore list since the sensor interface is
non-functional by design and should not be exposed to userspace. |

This warning is emitted when trying to toggle, at the highest level,
some flow control (with serdev_device_set_flow_control) in a device
driver. At the lowest level, the atmel_serial driver is using
serial_mctrl_gpio lib to enable/disable the corresponding IRQs
accordingly. The warning emitted by CONFIG_DEBUG_ATOMIC_SLEEP is due to
disable_irq (called in mctrl_gpio_disable_ms) being possibly called in
some atomic context (some tty drivers perform modem lines configuration
in regions protected by port lock).
Split mctrl_gpio_disable_ms into two differents APIs, a non-blocking one
and a blocking one. Replace mctrl_gpio_disable_ms calls with the
relevant version depending on whether the call is protected by some port
lock. |
