CVE-2024-2658 1 Flexera 1 Flexnet Publisher 2026-04-15 N/A
A misconfiguration in lmadmin.exe of FlexNet Publisher versions prior to 2024 R1 (11.19.6.0) allows the OpenSSL configuration file to load from a non-existent directory. An unauthorized, locally authenticated user with low privileges can potentially create the directory and load a specially crafted openssl.conf file leading to the execution of a malicious DLL (Dynamic-Link Library) with elevated privileges.
CVE-2024-36283 2026-04-15 6.7 Medium
Uncontrolled search path for the Intel(R) Thread Director Visualizer software before version 1.0.1 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
CVE-2025-66264 1 Megatec 1 Upsilon2000 2026-04-15 N/A
The CMService.exe service runs with SYSTEM privileges and contains an unquoted service path. This allows a local attacker with write privileges to the filesystem to insert a malicious executable in the path, leading to privilege escalation.
CVE-2025-65078 1 Lexmark 40 Cslbl, Cslbn, Csngv and 37 more 2026-04-15 N/A
An untrusted search path vulnerability has been identified in the Embedded Solutions Framework in various Lexmark devices. This vulnerability can be leveraged by an attacker to execute arbitrary code.
CVE-2025-9267 2 Microsoft, Seagate 2 Windows, Toolkit 2026-04-15 N/A
In Seagate Toolkit on Windows a vulnerability exists in the Toolkit Installer prior to versions 2.35.0.6 where it attempts to load DLLs from the current working directory without validating their origin or integrity. This behavior can be exploited by placing a malicious DLL in the same directory as the installer executable, leading to arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the user running the installer. The issue stems from the use of insecure DLL loading practices, such as relying on relative paths or failing to specify fully qualified paths when invoking system libraries.
CVE-2024-21857 1 Intel 1 Oneapi Compiler Software 2026-04-15 6.7 Medium
Uncontrolled search path for some Intel(R) oneAPI Compiler software before version 2024.1 may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
CVE-2019-25271 1 Netgate 1 Data Backup 2026-04-15 7.8 High
NETGATE Data Backup 3.0.620 contains an unquoted service path vulnerability in its NGDatBckpSrv Windows service configuration. Attackers can exploit the unquoted path to inject and execute malicious code with LocalSystem privileges by placing executable files in specific directory locations.
CVE-2025-64772 1 Sony 1 Inzone Hub 2026-04-15 N/A
The installer of INZONE Hub 1.0.10.3 to 1.0.17.0 contains an issue with the DLL search path, which may lead to insecurely loading Dynamic Link Libraries. As a result, arbitrary code may be executed with the privilege of the user invoking the installer.
CVE-2024-12530 2026-04-15 N/A
Uncontrolled Search Path Element vulnerability in OpenText Secure Content Manager on Windows allows DLL Side-Loading.This issue affects Secure Content Manager: 23.4. End-users can potentially exploit the vulnerability to execute malicious code in the trusted context of the thick-client application.
CVE-2025-61871 2 Buffalo, Microsoft 2 Navigator2, Windows 2026-04-15 N/A
NAS Navigator2 Windows version by BUFFALO INC. registers a Windows service with an unquoted file path. A user with the write permission on the root directory of the system drive may execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privilege.
CVE-2025-49144 2 Notepad++, Notepad Plus Plus 2 Notepad++, Notepad++ 2026-04-15 7.3 High
Notepad++ is a free and open-source source code editor. In versions 8.8.1 and prior, a privilege escalation vulnerability exists in the Notepad++ v8.8.1 installer that allows unprivileged users to gain SYSTEM-level privileges through insecure executable search paths. An attacker could use social engineering or clickjacking to trick users into downloading both the legitimate installer and a malicious executable to the same directory (typically Downloads folder - which is known as Vulnerable directory). Upon running the installer, the attack executes automatically with SYSTEM privileges. This issue has been fixed and will be released in version 8.8.2.
CVE-2025-52968 1 Freedesktop 1 Xdg-utils 2026-04-15 2.7 Low
xdg-open in xdg-utils through 1.2.1 can send requests containing SameSite=Strict cookies, which can facilitate CSRF. (For example, xdg-open could be modified to, by default, associate x-scheme-handler/https with the execution of a browser with command-line options that arrange for an empty cookie store, although this would add substantial complexity, and would not be considered a desirable or expected behavior by all users.) NOTE: this is disputed because integrations of xdg-open typically do not provide information about whether the xdg-open command and arguments were manually entered by a user, or whether they were the result of a navigation from content in an untrusted origin.
CVE-2025-62820 1 Slack 1 Nebula 2026-04-15 4.9 Medium
Slack Nebula before 1.9.7 mishandles CIDR in some configurations and thus accepts arbitrary source IP addresses within the Nebula network.
