CVSS v3.1 |
| Out-of-bounds read in Microsoft Office PowerPoint allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information over a network. |
| docling-core 2.5.0 before 2.103.0 contains a local file disclosure vulnerability that allows attackers to read local images by supplying plain filesystem paths in ImageRef URIs, bypassing the allow_image_file_uri gate. Attackers can submit crafted DoclingDocument JSON or YAML that, when exported with ImageRefMode.EMBEDDED or rendered to HTML, embeds readable local image files as base64 and reveals path existence. |
| A vulnerability was identified in DiffSK configobj up to 5.0.9. Affected by this vulnerability is the function _sectionmarker of the file configobj/__init__.py. The manipulation leads to inefficient regular expression complexity. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. |
| reNgine up to v2.2.0 and current master branch (commit de4199222cca5618f1255930ce78987e47d43a99) is vulnerable to OS Command Injection via the custom_headers scan engine configuration field in web/reNgine/tasks.py (fetch_url and dir_file_fuzz functions). |
| AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Prior to 3.14.4, keepalive timeout handling is absent during the initial portion of a request. An attacker can keep an idle connection open indefinitely before sending any request data, consuming server connection capacity. This issue is fixed in version 3.14.4. |
| AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Prior to 3.14.4, Max-Age processing can overflow and skip closing a connection. An attacker can consequently exhaust the connection pool temporarily until garbage collection resolves the connections. This issue is fixed in version 3.14.4. |
| AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. From 2.0.0 until 3.14.4, multipart request processing can retain an unbounded number of open file descriptors. An unauthenticated attacker can consequently exhaust file descriptors with specially crafted multipart requests when a handler uses Request.post(). This issue is fixed in version 3.14.4. |
| AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Prior to 3.14.4, Host-Only scope on an existing parent-domain cookie can be removed by a subdomain. A user who accesses an untrusted subdomain can consequently have host-only protections stripped from cookies, although impact is limited when applications do not reflect those cookies to a browser. This issue is fixed in version 3.14.4. |
| AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Prior to 3.14.4, the pure Python parser accepts ambiguous HTTP request framing. An unauthenticated attacker can consequently smuggle requests when an application uses AIOHTTP_NO_EXTENSIONS or otherwise runs without a standard wheel and an intermediary interprets the framing differently. This issue is fixed in version 3.14.4. |
| follow-redirects is a Node.js HTTP and HTTPS client wrapper that automatically follows redirects. From 1.16.0 until 1.16.1, escapeRegex leaves valid header-name metacharacters unescaped in sensitiveHeaders. When an application declares a sensitive header whose name contains ^ or | and follows a cross-origin or HTTPS-to-HTTP redirect, unescaped regular-expression metacharacters prevent the generated filter from matching the declared header name, and the credential header is forwarded to an attacker-controlled redirect target. This issue is fixed in version 1.16.1. |
| Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. From 4.12.4 until 4.13.11, serveStatic can interpret a malformed percent-encoded path differently from upstream routing middleware and bypass protection for a static prefix. The root cause is serveStatic decodes a routed request path a second time before filesystem lookup. The attack mechanism is malformed percent encoding survives the first routing interpretation and becomes a protected path only during the later static-file decode. The affected component is serveStatic. The trigger conditions are an application protects a static prefix with upstream middleware and serveStatic receives an attacker-controlled malformed percent-encoded path. The impact is unauthorized disclosure of a static file that upstream middleware was intended to protect. The issue does not permit traversal outside the configured static root. This issue is fixed in version 4.13.11. |
| markdown-it is a Markdown parser. Prior to 14.3.2 and 15.0.2, when typographer: true is enabled, specially crafted Markdown can cause quadratic processing time in the smartquotes rule, potentially leading to denial of service in applications processing untrusted input. Many opening double quotes followed by unmatched closing single quotes cause repeated scans of the entire opener stack. The same issue occurs with the quote types reversed. The default configuration (typographer: false) is not affected, but this option is enabled with high probability. This issue is fixed in versions 14.3.2 and 15.0.2. |
| A flaw was found in BusyBox's dpkg-deb archive extraction. The ar archive handler flushes deferred symlinks after each archive member, unlike the tar, cpio, and unzip handlers which flush once after the last member. A specially crafted .deb archive with two data.tar members can exploit this ordering: the first member declares a symlink pointing to an absolute path (e.g., '/'), which is deferred as unsafe but flushed after the first member. The second member declares a regular file whose path traverses the now-live symlink, resulting in a file being written outside the intended extraction directory. This could allow an attacker to write arbitrary files to arbitrary locations when a user extracts a crafted .deb package. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
RDMA/core: Prefer NLA_NUL_STRING
These attributes are evaluated as c-string (passed to strcmp), but
NLA_STRING doesn't check for the presence of a \0 terminator.
Either this needs to switch to nla_strcmp() and needs to adjust printf fmt
specifier to not use plain %s, or this needs to use NLA_NUL_STRING.
As the code has been this way for long time, it seems to me that userspace
does include the terminating nul, even tough its not enforced so far, and
thus NLA_NUL_STRING use is the simpler solution. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
netfilter: nf_tables: add hook transactions for device deletions
Restore the flag that indicates that the hook is going away, ie.
NFT_HOOK_REMOVE, but add a new transaction object to track deletion
of hooks without altering the basechain/flowtable hook_list during
the preparation phase.
The existing approach that moves the hook from the basechain/flowtable
hook_list to transaction hook_list breaks netlink dump path readers
of this RCU-protected list.
It should be possible use an array for nft_trans_hook to store the
deleted hooks to compact the representation but I am not expecting
many hook object, specially now that wildcard support for devices
is in place.
Note that the nft_trans_chain_hooks() list contains a list of struct
nft_trans_hook objects for DELCHAIN and DELFLOWTABLE commands, while
this list stores struct nft_hook objects for NEWCHAIN and NEWFLOWTABLE.
Note that new commands can be updated to use nft_trans_hook for
consistency.
This patch also adapts the event notification path to deal with the list
of hook transactions. |
