CVSS v3.1 |
| A low privileged remote attacker with file access can replace a critical file or folder used by the service security-profile to get read, write and execute access to any file on the device. |
| Improper Link Resolution Before File Access ('Link Following') vulnerability in QFileSystemEngine in the Qt corelib module on Windows which potentially allows Symlink Attacks and the use of Malicious Files. Issue originates from CVE-2024-38081. The vulnerability arises from the use of the GetTempPath API, which can be exploited by attackers to manipulate temporary file paths, potentially leading to unauthorized access and privilege escalation. The affected public API in the Qt Framework is QDir::tempPath() and anything that uses it, such as QStandardPaths with TempLocation, QTemporaryDir, and QTemporaryFile. This issue affects all version of Qt up to and including 5.15.18, from 6.0.0 through 6.5.8, from 6.6.0 through 6.8.1. It is fixed in Qt 5.15.19, Qt 6.5.9, Qt 6.8.2, 6.9.0 |
| A vulnerability classified as critical was found in GNU PSPP 82fb509fb2fedd33e7ac0c46ca99e108bb3bdffb. Affected by this vulnerability is the function parse_variables_option of the file utilities/pspp-convert.c. The manipulation leads to free of memory not on the heap. An attack has to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| Bluetooth HCI Adaptor from Realtek has a Link Following vulnerability. Local attackers with regular privileges can create a symbolic link with the same name as a specific file, causing the product to delete arbitrary files pointed to by the link. Subsequently, attackers can leverage arbitrary file deletion to privilege escalation. |
| Local Privilege Escalation in Avira.Spotlight.Service.exe in Avira Prime 1.1.96.2 on Windows 10 x64 allows local attackers to gain system-level privileges via arbitrary file deletion |
| An issue in Perplexity AI GPT-4 allows a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information via a GET parameter |
| An issue was discovered in the method push.lite.avtech.com.AvtechLib.GetHttpsResponse in AVTECH EagleEyes Lite 2.0.0, the GetHttpsResponse method transmits sensitive information - including internal server URLs, account IDs, passwords, and device tokens - as plaintext query parameters over HTTPS |
| SAP MDM Server allows an attacker to gain control of existing client sessions and execute certain functions without having to re-authenticate giving the ability to access or modify non-sensitive information or consume sufficient resources which could degrade the performance of the server causing low impact on confidentiality, integrity and availibility of the application. |
| An information exposure vulnerability exists in
Vulnerability in HCL Software ZIE for Web.
The application transmits sensitive session tokens and authentication identifiers within the URL query parameters . An attacker who gains access to any network log or operates a site linked from the application can hijack user sessions
This issue affects ZIE for Web: v16. |
| Improper Link Resolution Before File Access ('Link Following') vulnerability in HYPR Passwordless on Windows allows Privilege Escalation. This issue affects HYPR Passwordless: before 10.1. |
| An Information Exposure vulnerability has been identified in OpenText Enterprise Security Manager. The vulnerability could be remotely exploited. |
| text-generation-webui is an open-source web interface for running Large Language Models. In versions through 3.13, a Local File Inclusion vulnerability exists in the character picture upload feature. An attacker can upload a text file containing a symbolic link to an arbitrary file path. When the application processes the upload, it follows the symbolic link and serves the contents of the targeted file through the web interface. This allows an unauthenticated attacker to read sensitive files on the server, potentially exposing system configurations, credentials, and other confidential information. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.14. No known workarounds exist. |
| Improper link resolution before file access ('Link Following') for some Intel(R) Graphics Driver software installers may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| A potential security vulnerability has been identified in the HP Hotkey Support software, which might allow local escalation of privilege. HP is releasing mitigation for the potential vulnerability. Customers using HP Programmable Key are recommended to update HP Hotkey Support. |
| SAP MDM Server Read function allows an attacker to send specially crafted packets which could trigger a memory read access violation in the server process that would then fail and exit unexpectedly causing high impact on availability with no impact on confidentiality and integrity of the application. |
| A vulnerability in the `ImageClassificationDataset.from_csv()` API of the `dmlc/gluon-cv` repository, version 0.10.0, allows for arbitrary file write. The function downloads and extracts `tar.gz` files from URLs without proper sanitization, making it susceptible to a TarSlip vulnerability. Attackers can exploit this by crafting malicious tar files that, when extracted, can overwrite files on the victim's system via path traversal or faked symlinks. |
| A path traversal vulnerability has been reported to affect several product versions. If a local attacker gains a user account, they can then exploit the vulnerability to read the contents of unexpected files or system data.
We have already fixed the vulnerability in the following versions:
Qfinder Pro Mac 7.13.0 and later
Qsync for Mac 5.1.5 and later
QVPN Device Client for Mac 2.2.8 and later |
| A code injection vulnerability in the SecuSUITE Server Web Administration Portal of SecuSUITE versions 5.0.420 and earlier could allow an attacker to potentially inject script commands or other executable content into the server that would run with root privilege. |
| Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited Mahavitran IOS Application 16.1 application till version 16.1 communicates using the GET method to process requests that contain sensitive information such as user account name and password, which can expose that information through the browser's history, referrers, web logs, and other sources. |
| SAP MDM Server ReadString function allows an attacker to send specially crafted packets which could trigger a memory read access violation in the server process that would then fail and exit unexpectedly causing high impact on availability with no impact on confidentiality and integrity of the application. |
