CVE-2022-50729 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: Fix resource leak in ksmbd_session_rpc_open() When ksmbd_rpc_open() fails then it must call ksmbd_rpc_id_free() to undo the result of ksmbd_ipc_id_alloc().
CVE-2023-54195 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: rxrpc: Fix timeout of a call that hasn't yet been granted a channel afs_make_call() calls rxrpc_kernel_begin_call() to begin a call (which may get stalled in the background waiting for a connection to become available); it then calls rxrpc_kernel_set_max_life() to set the timeouts - but that starts the call timer so the call timer might then expire before we get a connection assigned - leading to the following oops if the call stalled: BUG: kernel NULL pointer dereference, address: 0000000000000000 ... CPU: 1 PID: 5111 Comm: krxrpcio/0 Not tainted 6.3.0-rc7-build3+ #701 RIP: 0010:rxrpc_alloc_txbuf+0xc0/0x157 ... The timer will be started when the first packet is transmitted. It shouldn't be possible to trigger this directly from userspace through AF_RXRPC as sendmsg() will return EBUSY if the call is in the waiting-for-conn state if it dropped out of the wait due to a signal.

CVE-2023-54203 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: fix slab-out-of-bounds in init_smb2_rsp_hdr When smb1 mount fails, KASAN detect slab-out-of-bounds in init_smb2_rsp_hdr like the following one. For smb1 negotiate(56bytes) , init_smb2_rsp_hdr() for smb2 is called. The issue occurs while handling smb1 negotiate as smb2 server operations. Add smb server operations for smb1 (get_cmd_val, init_rsp_hdr, allocate_rsp_buf, check_user_session) to handle smb1 negotiate so that smb2 server operation does not handle it. CVE-2023-54158 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: btrfs: don't free qgroup space unless specified Boris noticed in his simple quotas testing that he was getting a leak with Sweet Tea's change to subvol create that stopped doing a transaction commit. This was just a side effect of that change. In the delayed inode code we have an optimization that will free extra reservations if we think we can pack a dir item into an already modified leaf. Previously this wouldn't be triggered in the subvolume create case because we'd commit the transaction, it was still possible but much harder to trigger. It could actually be triggered if we did a mkdir && subvol create with qgroups enabled. This occurs because in btrfs_insert_delayed_dir_index(), which gets called when we're adding the dir item, we do the following: btrfs_block_rsv_release(fs_info, trans->block_rsv, bytes, NULL); if we're able to skip reserving space. The problem here is that trans->block_rsv points at the temporary block rsv for the subvolume create, which has qgroup reservations in the block rsv. This is a problem because btrfs_block_rsv_release() will do the following: if (block_rsv->qgroup_rsv_reserved >= block_rsv->qgroup_rsv_size) { qgroup_to_release = block_rsv->qgroup_rsv_reserved - block_rsv->qgroup_rsv_size; block_rsv->qgroup_rsv_reserved = block_rsv->qgroup_rsv_size; } The temporary block rsv just has ->qgroup_rsv_reserved set, ->qgroup_rsv_size == 0. The optimization in btrfs_insert_delayed_dir_index() sets ->qgroup_rsv_reserved = 0. Then later on when we call btrfs_subvolume_release_metadata() which has btrfs_block_rsv_release(fs_info, rsv, (u64)-1, &qgroup_to_release); btrfs_qgroup_convert_reserved_meta(root, qgroup_to_release); qgroup_to_release is set to 0, and we do not convert the reserved metadata space. The problem here is that the block rsv code has been unconditionally messing with ->qgroup_rsv_reserved, because the main place this is used is delalloc, and any time we call btrfs_block_rsv_release() we do it with qgroup_to_release set, and thus do the proper accounting. The subvolume code is the only other code that uses the qgroup reservation stuff, but it's intermingled with the above optimization, and thus was getting its reservation freed out from underneath it and thus leaking the reserved space. The solution is to simply not mess with the qgroup reservations if we don't have qgroup_to_release set. This works with the existing code as anything that messes with the delalloc reservations always have qgroup_to_release set. This fixes the leak that Boris was observing.
CVE-2023-54206 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: flower: fix filter idr initialization The cited commit moved idr initialization too early in fl_change() which allows concurrent users to access the filter that is still being initialized and is in inconsistent state, which, in turn, can cause NULL pointer dereference [0]. Since there is no obvious way to fix the ordering without reverting the whole cited commit, alternative approach taken to first insert NULL pointer into idr in order to allocate the handle but still cause fl_get() to return NULL and prevent concurrent users from seeing the filter while providing miss-to-action infrastructure with valid handle id early in fl_change(). CVE-2025-23282 2 Linux, Nvidia 3 Linux, Display Driver, Driver 2026-04-15 7 High
NVIDIA Display Driver for Linux contains a vulnerability where an attacker might be able to use a race condition to escalate privileges. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution, escalation of privileges, data tampering, denial of service, and information disclosure.
CVE-2025-68744 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Free special fields when update [lru_,]percpu_hash maps As [lru_,]percpu_hash maps support BPF_KPTR_{REF,PERCPU}, missing calls to 'bpf_obj_free_fields()' in 'pcpu_copy_value()' could cause the memory referenced by BPF_KPTR_{REF,PERCPU} fields to be held until the map gets freed. Fix this by calling 'bpf_obj_free_fields()' after 'copy_map_value[,_long]()' in 'pcpu_copy_value()'.

CVE-2025-68752 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iavf: Implement settime64 with -EOPNOTSUPP ptp_clock_settime() assumes every ptp_clock has implemented settime64(). Stub it with -EOPNOTSUPP to prevent a NULL dereference. The fix is similar to commit 329d050bbe63 ("gve: Implement settime64 with -EOPNOTSUPP").
CVE-2023-54209 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: block: fix blktrace debugfs entries leakage Commit 99d055b4fd4b ("block: remove per-disk debugfs files in blk_unregister_queue") moves blk_trace_shutdown() from blk_release_queue() to blk_unregister_queue(), this is safe if blktrace is created through sysfs, however, there is a regression in corner case. blktrace can still be enabled after del_gendisk() through ioctl if the disk is opened before del_gendisk(), and if blktrace is not shutdown through ioctl before closing the disk, debugfs entries will be leaked. Fix this problem by shutdown blktrace in disk_release(), this is safe because blk_trace_remove() is reentrant.
CVE-2025-68767 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hfsplus: Verify inode mode when loading from disk syzbot is reporting that S_IFMT bits of inode->i_mode can become bogus when the S_IFMT bits of the 16bits "mode" field loaded from disk are corrupted. According to [1], the permissions field was treated as reserved in Mac OS 8 and 9. According to [2], the reserved field was explicitly initialized with 0, and that field must remain 0 as long as reserved. Therefore, when the "mode" field is not 0 (i.e. no longer reserved), the file must be S_IFDIR if dir == 1, and the file must be one of S_IFREG/S_IFLNK/S_IFCHR/ S_IFBLK/S_IFIFO/S_IFSOCK if dir == 0.
CVE-2025-68734 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: isdn: mISDN: hfcsusb: fix memory leak in hfcsusb_probe() In hfcsusb_probe(), the memory allocated for ctrl_urb gets leaked when setup_instance() fails with an error code. Fix that by freeing the urb before freeing the hw structure. Also change the error paths to use the goto ladder style. Compile tested only. Issue found using a prototype static analysis tool.
