| Http4s is a Scala interface for HTTP services. Prior to 0.23.35 and 1.0.0-M47, ResponseCookie.render writes attacker-influenced name, content, domain, path, and extension values without neutralizing semicolons or control characters. An application that constructs a ResponseCookie from unvalidated input can therefore emit injected cookie attributes such as Domain, Path, or SameSite, widening cookie scope or weakening protections, and control characters may enable header splitting on permissive backends. The patch strips control characters from all five fields and strips semicolons from name, content, domain, and path while retaining the extension delimiter behavior. This issue is fixed in versions 0.23.35 and 1.0.0-M47. |
| Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Prior to versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5, DNP3 reassembly could buffer data without sufficient parser-level bounds. Crafted DNP3 traffic may cause Suricata to consume excessive memory, potentially resulting in denial of service. Versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5 contain a fix. As a workaround, disable DNP3 (which is not enabled by default) if it is not needed, and/or define a limited `stream.reassembly.depth` (0 or absent is unlimited). |
| GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab EE affecting all versions from 17.1 before 19.1.8, 19.2 before 19.2.6, and 19.3 before 19.3.2 that, under certain conditions, an authenticated user with Owner or Maintainer permissions could have silently disabled protected environment deployment approval requirements, allowing unapproved deployments to reach production, due to improper access control checks performed after the protected resource was modified. |
| A flaw was found in the keycloak-services component of Keycloak, which handles OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication flows. The issue occurs because the security check designed to prevent HTTP parameter pollution only inspects the query portion of a redirect URL and ignores the fragment portion. When a client is configured with a wildcard redirect URI, an attacker can use this to inject duplicate security parameters into the login response. If a client application is not configured correctly, it might trust the attacker's injected data instead of the real security information from Keycloak, leading to session fixation or account confusion. |
| Improper Validation of Unsafe Equivalence in Input in ZenHive mpp allows an unauthenticated remote client to pass the Tempo duplicate-submission gate twice with one signed transaction.
MPP.Methods.Tempo reserves the pre-broadcast dedup slot on the caller-supplied hex in reserve_hash_atomic/2, keyed through store_key/1 on tx.raw rather than on a canonical form of the transaction. The deserializer stores the caller's hex verbatim and accepts both recovery-id encodings, so one signed transaction submitted once with v=27 and once with v=0 yields two distinct reserve keys, and both pass the reserve and reach the broadcast path. The plug-level credential replay store is deliberately carved out for tempo in lib/mpp/replay.ex, leaving this reserve as the only gate, and the post-broadcast mark writes the canonical hash key that the raw-keyed reserve never reads.
What the duplicate submission yields depends on the node: a nonce-reuse rejection fails closed, while a node that answers with the canonical hash for an already-known transaction returns a second valid Payment-Receipt for a single on-chain payment.
This issue affects mpp: from 0.2.0 before 0.16.2. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
RDMA/mana: Remove user triggerable WARN_ON() in mana_ib_create_qp_rss()
Sashiko points out that the user can specify WQs sharing the same CQ as a
part of the uAPI and this will trigger the WARN_ON() then go on to corrupt
the kernel.
Just reject it outright and fail the QP creation. |
| fastify versions before 5.12.2 decide whether to compile a request schema based on JavaScript truthiness, but JSON Schema Draft 7 defines the boolean false as a valid schema that rejects every instance. When an application assigns false to a route's body, querystring, params, or headers schema to deny all input, fastify treats it as a missing schema, compiles no validator, and runs the route handler on any request. An unauthenticated remote client can therefore reach a handler that a valid deny-all schema was intended to make unreachable, a complete validation bypass that can lead to unauthorized state changes or execution of disabled operations. Users should upgrade to fastify 5.12.2 or later. |
| fastify versions before 5.12.2 implement the case-insensitive nature of HTTP header names by lowercasing names in a route's header schema before compiling it, but the transformation is incomplete: it lowercases the properties keys and the root-level required array, and does not lowercase the trigger and dependent names inside the JSON Schema Draft 7 dependencies keyword. Because Node stores request header names in lowercase, a canonical-case dependency such as requiring an authentication header whenever a privileged-mode header is present never matches, and the presence assertion is silently skipped. An unauthenticated remote client can therefore send the header that activates a privileged branch while omitting the header the dependency was meant to require, bypassing the conditional check. Users should upgrade to fastify 5.12.2 or later. |
| Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.9.0 until 0.11.1, backend/open_webui/models/calendar.py stored the calendar event meta.alert_minutes value without type validation and the shared upcoming-event scheduler compared that value numerically. An authenticated user with the calendar permission could store a non-numeric alert_minutes value that raised an exception and aborted the instance-wide alert pass, suppressing all users' reminders while the event remained in the lookahead window. This issue is fixed in version 0.11.1. |
| The RSA and DSA public key parsers did not enforce size limits on key parameters. A crafted public key with an excessively large modulus or DSA parameter could cause several minutes of CPU consumption during signature verification. This could be triggered by unauthenticated clients during public key authentication. RSA moduli are now limited to 8192 bits, and DSA parameters are validated per FIPS 186-2. |
| Traefik is an open source HTTP reverse proxy and load balancer. Prior to 2.11.57, and 3.7.13, Traefik accepts a rootless HTTP/1 request target that Go stores in URL.Opaque while leaving URL.Path empty. The rewriteRequestBuilder path evaluates routing, path sanitization, forwardAuth, encodedCharacters, and access logging against a path normalized to / but forwards URL.Opaque verbatim to the backend, allowing cross-vhost routing bypass, path-scoped authorization bypass, and access-log evasion when the backend interprets the opaque target as a path. This issue is fixed in 2.11.57 and 3.7.13. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
udf: reject VAT indexes equal to the entry count
UDF 1.50 virtual partition mapping uses the VAT as an array of physical
block mappings. s_num_entries stores the number of entries in that array,
not the highest valid index. The valid VAT indexes are therefore below
s_num_entries.
udf_get_pblock_virt15() currently rejects only indexes greater than
s_num_entries. A crafted image can request index s_num_entries, pass the
bounds check, and make the kernel read one entry past the allocated VAT table.
Change the check to reject block >= s_num_entries, so the count is handled as
an exclusive upper bound.

0e35b9b6ec0ffcc5e23cbdec09f5c622ad532b53 with a KASAN slab-out-of-bounds
report in udf_get_pblock_virt15().

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: usb: cdc_ncm: add ndpoffset to NDP16 nframes bounds check
cdc_ncm_rx_verify_ndp16() validates that the NDP header and its DPE
entries fit within the skb. The first check correctly accounts for
ndpoffset:
if ((ndpoffset + sizeof(struct usb_cdc_ncm_ndp16)) > skb_in->len)
but the second check omits it:

ret * (sizeof(struct usb_cdc_ncm_dpe16))) > skb_in->len)
This validates the DPE array size against the total skb length as if
the NDP were at offset 0, rather than at ndpoffset. When the NDP is
placed near the end of the NTB (large wNdpIndex), the DPE entries can
extend past the skb data buffer even though the check passes.
cdc_ncm_rx_fixup() then reads out-of-bounds memory when iterating
the DPE array.
Add ndpoffset to the nframes bounds check and use struct_size_t() to
express the NDP-plus-DPE-array size more clearly. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
block: validate user space vectors during extraction
The bio-based drivers don't necessarily check the alignment split, and
stacking block drivers don't always handle a misalignment detected after
submitting the bio. Validate user vectors against the device's
dma_alignment as the bio is built from the iov_iter, rejecting
misaligned early with -EINVAL. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
nvmet-tcp: Do not WARN on remotely-controlled oversized SGL allocations
When fuzzing the nvme target code, I tripped a kernel warning in
nvmet_tcp_map_data() because the length passed into the allocator is
controlled by the remote initiator.
A remote initiator that sends a command with an SGL claiming a huge
number, can create a scatterlist and iovec allocation of over 1 million
entries, which causes the backing kmalloc call to exceed MAX_PAGE_ORDER
and then the page allocator will trip on a WARN_ON_ONCE_GFP() message:

As it's never good to trip a kernel warning remotely due to many systems
having panic-on-warn enabled, let's silence it by just add GFP_NOWARN to

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
nfsd: validate nseconds in TIME_DELEG decode paths
The xdrgen-based TIME_DELEG_ACCESS and TIME_DELEG_MODIFY decode arms
store a raw uint32_t nseconds directly into tv_nsec without enforcing
nseconds < NSEC_PER_SEC. The legacy nfsd4_decode_nfstime4 has this
check but the TIME_DELEG paths do not. A malformed timespec can
propagate through notify_change() to disk.
Add range checks in both nfs4xdr.c (SETATTR path) and
nfs4callback.c (CB_GETATTR path). |
