CVE-2025-15039 1 Wso2 20 Api Control Plane, Api Manager, Carbon Identity Application Authentication Framework and 17 more 2026-08-12 9.4 Critical
The Conditional Authentication (Adaptive Authentication) script does not correctly enforce the completion of all required authentication steps when a specific multi-step pattern involving certain authenticators is configured. This allows an attacker to bypass intermediate authentication challenges by exploiting how the script handles callbacks and re-execution of authentication steps. Successful exploitation allows a malicious actor to gain unauthorized access to a targeted user account. This vulnerability can only be exploited when all of the following conditions are met: the application login flow contains a specific secondary authenticator, the Conditional Authentication script is configured with particular event callbacks and re-executes an authentication step, the targeted user has one of the impacted authenticators enrolled, and the attacker successfully completes any preceding authentication steps.
CVE-2026-5917 1 Libgit2 1 Libgit2 2026-08-12 9.6 Critical
libgit2 versions v0.27.0 through v1.9.0 built with the libssh2 SSH backend (USE_SSH=libssh2) contain a shell command injection vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands on an SSH server by supplying a repository path containing unescaped shell metacharacters such as single quotes, semicolons, or pipes. The gen_proto() function in ssh_libssh2.c inserts the repository path directly into a shell command string without escaping special characters before passing it to libssh2_channel_exec(), enabling an attacker to craft a malicious submodule URL in a .gitmodules file that, when processed during a recursive clone, causes the remote server's shell to interpret injected commands under the victim's SSH user account.
CVE-2026-18381 2 Red Hat, Redhat 3 Cost Management Metrics Operator, Cost Management, Cost Management Metrics Operator 2026-08-12 7.6 High
A flaw was found in the koku-metrics-operator for Red Hat OpenShift. The operator's CostManagementMetricsConfig custom resource allows a user able to edit the CR to specify an arbitrary upload URL. The operator attaches its own Kubernetes service-account bearer token to queries sent to this user-controlled URL, allowing the attacker to obtain the token.
CVE-2026-50472 1 Microsoft 20 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 17 more 2026-08-12 7 High

CVE-2026-64230 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-12 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: regulator: tps65219: fix irq_data.rdev not being assigned Commit 64a6b577490c ("regulator: tps65219: Remove debugging helper function") removed the tps65219_get_rdev_by_name() helper along with the irq_data.rdev assignment that depended on it. This left irq_data.rdev uninitialized for all IRQs, causing undefined behavior when regulator_notifier_call_chain() is called from the IRQ handler: Internal error: Oops: 0000000096000004 pc : regulator_notifier_call_chain lr : tps65219_regulator_irq_handler Call trace: regulator_notifier_call_chain tps65219_regulator_irq_handler handle_nested_irq regmap_irq_thread irq_thread_fn irq_thread kthread ret_from_fork Instead of restoring a dedicated lookup array, restructure the probe function to combine regulator registration with IRQ registration in the same loop. This way the rdev returned by devm_regulator_register() is naturally available for assigning to irq_data.rdev without any auxiliary data structure. Non-regulator IRQs (SENSOR, TIMEOUT) that don't correspond to any registered regulator are registered with rdev=NULL, and the IRQ handler is protected with a NULL check to avoid crashing.
CVE-2026-66384 1 Jfrog 1 Artifactory 2026-08-12 5.3 Medium
An authenticated user may write data outside the intended Docker cache path under specific remote-repository conditions.

CVE-2026-16627 1 Gitlab 1 Gitlab 2026-08-12 7.7 High
GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 19.2 before 19.2.2 that under certain conditions could have allowed an authenticated user with developer-role permissions to escalate privileges due to improper sanitization of HTML content rendered in a CI job modal.
CVE-2026-64231 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-12 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/msm/dsi: don't dump registers past the mapped region On DSI 6G platforms the IO address space is internally adjusted by io_offset. Later this adjusted address might be used for memory dumping. However the size that is used for memory dumping isn't adjusted to account for the io_offset, leading to the potential access to the unmapped region. Lower ctrl_size by the io_offset value to prevent access past the mapped area. msm_disp_snapshot_add_block+0x1d4/0x3c8 [msm] (P) msm_dsi_host_snapshot+0x4c/0x78 [msm] msm_dsi_snapshot+0x28/0x50 [msm] msm_disp_snapshot_capture_state+0x74/0x140 [msm] msm_disp_snapshot_state_sync+0x60/0x90 [msm] _msm_disp_snapshot_work+0x30/0x90 [msm] kthread_worker_fn+0xdc/0x460 kthread+0x120/0x140 Patchwork: https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/721747/
CVE-2026-73289 1 Rustfs 1 Rustfs 2026-08-12 8.1 High
RustFS is a distributed object storage system built in Rust. Prior to 1.0.0-beta.12, RustFS evaluates the ForAllValues: and ForAnyValue: set qualifiers with the negated string operators StringNotEquals, StringNotEqualsIgnoreCase, StringNotLike, ArnNotEquals, and ArnNotLike using each other's semantics because crates/policy/src/policy/function/string.rs negates the aggregate result after eval or eval_like instead of negating each request-value predicate before quantification. Partially overlapping policy and request value sets can therefore make an Allow condition grant access to an excluded principal or make a Deny guardrail fail, including policies based on jwt:groups and jwt:roles; absent keys also receive the opposite ForAllValues: and ForAnyValue: behavior. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.0-beta.12.
CVE-2026-68752 1 Jfrog 1 Artifactory 2026-08-12 7.2 High

CVE-2026-64233 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-12 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: gadget: uvc: hold opts->lock across XU walks in uvc_function_bind uvc_function_bind() walks &opts->extension_units twice without holding opts->lock: - directly, for the iExtension string-descriptor fixup loop; - indirectly, four times via uvc_copy_descriptors() (once per speed), where the helper iterates uvc->desc.extension_units (which aliases &opts->extension_units) to size and emit XU descriptors. The configfs side (uvcg_extension_make / uvcg_extension_drop, in drivers/usb/gadget/function/uvc_configfs.c) takes opts->lock around its list_add_tail / list_del operations. A privileged userspace process that holds the configfs subtree open and writes the gadget UDC name to bind the function while concurrently rmdir()'ing an extensions subdir can race uvcg_extension_drop() against the bind-time list walks and dereference a freed struct uvcg_extension. Hold opts->lock from the start of the XU string-descriptor fixup through the last uvc_copy_descriptors() call, releasing on the descriptor-error path via a new error_unlock label that drops the lock before falling through to the existing error label. This matches the locking discipline of the configfs callbacks and removes the only remaining unsynchronised reader of the XU list during bind. Reachability: only privileged processes that can mount configfs and write to gadget UDC files can trigger the race, so this is a correctness fix rather than a security boundary.
CVE-2026-64234 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-08-12 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tty: serial: pch_uart: add check for dma_alloc_coherent() Add a check for dma_alloc_coherent() failure to prevent a potential NULL pointer dereference in dma_handle_rx(). Properly release DMA channels and the PCI device reference using a goto ladder if the allocation fails.
