| In Concrete CMS before 9.5.3, the Document Library block stored the file-set identifiers submitted through fsID[] without validating them as integers, and when the block was configured with setMode set to any it concatenated each stored identifier directly into the file-set filter query instead of casting it or binding it as a parameter. An authenticated user permitted to add or edit a Document Library block could therefore persist SQL syntax in the block configuration (btDocumentLibrary.setIds), and that stored expression was executed every time the published page containing the block was rendered, producing stored, time-based blind SQL injection. The Concrete CMS security team gave this vulnerability a CVSS v4.0 score of 8.5 with vector CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:H/UI:P/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N. Thanks Habib Allah for reporting. |

| Expat through 2.8.3 contains a denial of service vulnerability caused by quadratic algorithmic complexity in the storeAtts() function in xmlparse.c, where processing N specified attributes with non-normalized values triggers an O(N^2) linear scan of elementType->defaultAtts to determine CDATA status. A remote unauthenticated attacker can supply a single well-formed XML document of a few megabytes to an application parsing untrusted XML to cause excessive CPU consumption, resulting in denial of service without requiring authentication, external entity resolution, or non-default parser options. |

| Concrete CMS below 9.5.3 is vulnerable to Stored XSS via the Date Format field in the Page Attribute Display block. A user with edit_page_contents permissions could store a payload which executes in the browser of any visitor who viewed a page where the block was configured to display a date-type attribute. | A path traversal vulnerability exists in curl <8.0.0 SFTP implementation causes the tilde (~) character to be wrongly replaced when used as a prefix in the first path element, in addition to its intended use as the first element to indicate a path relative to the user's home directory. Attackers can exploit this flaw to bypass filtering or execute arbitrary code by crafting a path like /~2/foo while accessing a server with a specific user. |
| A remote denial of service vulnerability was found in the Linux kernel’s TIPC kernel module. The while loop in tipc_link_xmit() hits an unknown state while attempting to parse SKBs, which are not in the queue. Sending two small UDP packets to a system with a UDP bearer results in the CPU utilization for the system to instantly spike to 100%, causing a denial of service condition. |
| A slab-out-of-bound read problem was found in brcmf_get_assoc_ies in drivers/net/wireless/broadcom/brcm80211/brcmfmac/cfg80211.c in the Linux Kernel. This issue could occur when assoc_info->req_len data is bigger than the size of the buffer, defined as WL_EXTRA_BUF_MAX, leading to a denial of service. |
| A flaw was found in Rancher Manager. The /v3/users update path did not enforce immutability of a User resource's `username` and `principalIds` fields. A user holding the `update` verb on `users.management.cattle.io` could inject a foreign identity provider principal into any account, so that the next login by the owner of that principal was bound to the victim's account and inherited its role bindings.

| A flaw was found in Rancher Manager. The GlobalRole controller derived the target ClusterRole name from the user-settable `authz.management.cattle.io/cr-name` annotation and overwrote that object's rules without verifying ownership. A user with delegated GlobalRole create or update permission could point the annotation at any existing ClusterRole, such as `cluster-admin`, and revoke the permissions of every principal bound to it. The change persists after the malicious GlobalRole is deleted.

| Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.8.8 until 0.11.0, inline direct model metadata accepted client-supplied knowledge attachments without filtering them against the caller's read access. Any authenticated user who knew another user's file id could have the builtin knowledge tools return indexed chunks from that file, causing a read-only cross-user confidentiality loss while leaving knowledge-base permissions and saved workspace model validation unaffected. This issue is fixed in 0.11.0. |

| Open WebUI is an extensible, feature-rich, and user-friendly self-hosted AI platform. From 0.9.0 until 0.11.0, automation recurrence parsing in backend/open_webui/utils/automations.py anchored minutely and hourly rules at a fixed date of 2000-01-01 and then walked forward one interval at a time to find the next run. A single FREQ=MINUTELY rule enumerates roughly a quarter-century of occurrences synchronously on the event loop that also serves scheduler, HTTP, and WebSocket traffic, and the scheduler recomputes the next run for every claimed row on each poll. This causes availability impact for every other user of the instance. This issue is fixed in 0.11.0. |
| Wazuh is a free and open source platform used for threat prevention, detection, and response. From 4.0.0 until 4.14.5, Wazuh Manager allows a low-privilege read-only API user with manager:read permission to retrieve the cluster key from the element in ossec.conf through GET /manager/configuration?raw=true. An attacker with network access to TCP port 1516 can use the disclosed Fernet key to impersonate a cluster worker and submit distributed API requests containing attacker-controlled rbac_permissions with rbac_mode set to black. Because the master trusts the worker-supplied authorization context, the attacker can create users, assign administrator roles, access credentials and API tokens, modify configuration, and execute actions across agents. This issue is fixed in version 4.14.5. |
| Wazuh is a free and open source platform used for threat prevention, detection, and response. From 1.0.0 until 4.14.6 and 5.0.0-beta2, HandleSecureMessage() in src/remoted/secure.c passes a pointer inside its stack buffer to ReadSecMSG(), and src/os_crypto/shared/msgs.c decompresses up to OS_MAXSTR bytes at that offset. For an encrypted agent message on TCP port 1514 that expands to 65,536 bytes, os_zlib_uncompress() writes a terminating null byte beyond the end of the destination buffer. The resulting stack out-of-bounds write in the root-level remoted daemon can crash message processing and disrupt agent communications. This issue is fixed in versions 4.14.6 and 5.0.0-beta2. |
