| Missing Authorization vulnerability in Liquid Web / StellarWP Event Tickets event-tickets allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels. This issue affects Event Tickets: from n/a through 5.30.2. |
| A security vulnerability exists in the authorization handling for the local (management) cluster shell feature of SUSE Rancher Manager 2.15.0 up to 2.15.3, 2.14.0 up to 2.14.7, 2.13.0 up to 2.13.11, 2.12.0 up to 2.12.15, 2.11.0 up to 2.11.19 and possible older versions. The authorization check that was introduced to protect this feature was not applied to every API route that can reach it, so an alternative request form reached the shell handler without the access check being evaluated. This could allow any authenticated users to run a pod on the management cluster. |
| Missing Authorization vulnerability in Liquid Web / StellarWP The Events Calendar the-events-calendar allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels. This issue affects The Events Calendar: from n/a through 6.18.2. |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in bPlugins Media Player Addons for Elementor – Media Player widget for WP media-player-addons-for-elementor allows Stored XSS.This issue affects Media Player Addons for Elementor – Media Player widget for WP: from n/a through 1.1.10. |
| DBHub is a database MCP server for Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, SQLite. Prior to 0.22.6, read-only SQL validation can be bypassed on the MySQL and MariaDB connectors. In `src/utils/sql-parser.ts`, `scanSingleLineComment` treats every double dash as a comment start, whereas MySQL and MariaDB require following whitespace, a control character, or the end of the line. The read-only check in `src/tools/execute-sql.ts` validates split statements with `isReadOnlySQL`, but `src/connectors/mysql/index.ts` and `src/connectors/mariadb/index.ts` execute the original string with `multipleStatements` enabled. A double dash followed by a non-whitespace character can therefore hide a subsequent write or destructive DDL statement from the validator while the database interprets the dashes as minus operators and executes both statements. Anyone able to influence the assistant's SQL, including through prompt injection in content the assistant reads, can bypass read-only mode to modify or drop database data, subject to the database account's privileges. PostgreSQL is not affected by this path because its double-dash parsing agrees with the checker and its connector executes individual split statements. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.6. |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.4, 10.2.8, 10.0.11, and 9.4.16, a user that holds a role with the schedule_search capability could bypass the expected safeguards in the scheduled search workflow. The user could then run risky Search Processing Language (SPL) commands that disclose or alter Splunk Enterprise data or disrupt Splunk Enterprise availability.
The vulnerability is possible because the Splunk Enterprise search scheduler does not apply SPL safeguards for risky commands to scheduled searches.
For more information see SPL safeguards for risky commands (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.6/best-practices-for-splunk-platform-security/spl-safeguards-for-risky-commands) in the Splunk documentation.
For more information see authorize.conf (https://help.splunk.com/en/data-management/splunk-enterprise-admin-manual/10.6/configuration-file-reference/10.6.0-configuration-file-reference/authorize.conf) in the Splunk documentation. |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.4, 10.2.8, 10.0.11, and 9.4.16, and Splunk Secure Gateway versions below 3.10.12, 3.9.26, and 3.8.73, a low-privileged user that does not hold the "admin" Splunk role or the "sc_admin" Splunk Secure Gateway role could read mobile alert notification data for other users through Splunk Secure Gateway App Key Value Store (KV Store) Representational State Transfer (REST) API endpoints.
The vulnerability is possible because the affected Splunk Secure Gateway App Key Value Store collections do not enforce user-level authorization for read requests.
For more information see About the app key value store (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/admin-manual/10.2/administer-the-app-key-value-store/about-the-app-key-value-store) and About configuring role-based user access (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.2/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/about-configuring-role-based-user-access) in the Splunk documentation. |

| Memory corruption in Dawn in Google Chrome prior to 156.0.8078.79 allowed a remote attacker to potentially execute arbitrary code inside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) |
| Integer overflow in Editing in Google Chrome prior to 156.0.8078.79 allowed a remote attacker to potentially execute arbitrary code inside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) |
| Improper input validation in CacheStorage in Google Chrome prior to 156.0.8078.79 allowed a remote attacker to potentially execute arbitrary code inside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) |
| Dell OpenManage Enterprise, versions prior to 4.8.0, contains an Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command ('OS Command Injection') vulnerability. A high privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Command execution. |
| Dell OpenManage Enterprise, versions prior to 4.8.0, contains an Improper Input Validation vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with adjacent network access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Code execution. |
| Starlet versions before 0.33 for Perl allow a request declaring a large Content-Length to kill a worker by exhausting memory.
The request body is read in a loop that asks sysread for all of the remaining declared length at once. Perl grows the read buffer to that size before any data arrives, so a length larger than available memory makes the worker exit with an uncatchable out of memory error before the application is called.
A remote attacker can force a worker restart with each request of a few bytes. |
| OpenManage Enterprise, versions prior to 4.8.0, contains an Improper Resource Locking vulnerability. A high privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Protection mechanism bypass. |
| A flaw was found in GIMP. The PSD plug-in’s image resource header loader uses an incorrect destination size when copying a converted resource name into a fixed stack buffer. Opening a crafted PSD file can cause a stack-based buffer overflow, leading to a crash and potentially arbitrary code execution. |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.3, 10.2.8, 10.0.11, and 9.4.16, a user that holds a role with the edit_manager_xml capability could execute arbitrary operating-system commands using the permissions of the user account running Splunk Enterprise by opening the affected configuration in the Splunk Web Manager page.
The vulnerability is possible because Splunk Web evaluates user-controlled expressions from Manager XML without sufficiently restricting the expression syntax. |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.4, 10.2.8, 10.0.11, and 9.4.16, a user who does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles could move field extractions or field transformations to apps for which the user does not have read access.
The vulnerability is possible because the Representational State Transfer (REST) API does not validate destination app access before it processes field extraction and field transformation move operations.
For more information see Use the Field extractions page (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/manage-knowledge-objects/knowledge-management-manual/10.6/use-the-settings-pages-for-field-extractions-in-splunk-web/use-the-field-extractions-page) and Manage knowledge object permissions (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/manage-knowledge-objects/knowledge-management-manual/10.6/get-started-with-knowledge-objects/manage-knowledge-object-permissions) in the Splunk documentation. |
