CVSS v3.1 |
| In ssh in OpenSSH before 10.6, a $ or \ character can occur in a command-line username, leading to injection. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in dotnet eShop .NET 8. The impacted element is the function GetOrderAsync of the file src/Ordering.API/Apis/OrdersApi.cs of the component Ordering API. Performing a manipulation of the argument OrderNumber results in improper control of resource identifiers. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
nvme-fabrics: use reserved tag for reg read/write command
In some scenarios, if too many commands are issued by nvme command in
the same time by user tasks, this may exhaust all tags of admin_q. If
a reset (nvme reset or IO timeout) occurs before these commands finish,
reconnect routine may fail to update nvme regs due to insufficient tags,
which will cause kernel hang forever. In order to workaround this issue,
maybe we can let reg_read32()/reg_read64()/reg_write32() use reserved
tags. This maybe safe for nvmf:
1. For the disable ctrl path, we will not issue connect command
2. For the enable ctrl / fw activate path, since connect and reg_xx()
are called serially.
So the reserved tags may still be enough while reg_xx() use reserved tags. |
| The MongoDB Go Driver's client-level bulk write operation may accept a caller-supplied database name containing a reserved separator character without escaping it before the name is used to build the target namespace for the operation. An application that passes untrusted input as a database name could therefore have the write directed at a database and collection other than the ones it intended. Only the Client.BulkWrite API is affected. |
| A weakness in the MongoDB C Driver allows special elements in caller-supplied database and collection name components to pass without sanitization when the driver composes the target namespace for an operation. An application that incorporates untrusted input into these name components can have operations directed at a resource other than the one intended. |
| Moquette is a lightweight Java MQTT broker. Prior to 0.18.1, H2PersistentQueue derives a session's message-map name as queue_ plus the client ID and its metadata-map name as queue_ plus the client ID plus _meta. A durable session whose client ID ends in _meta can therefore make its message map collide with another client's metadata map. The colliding sessions read and write the same H2 MVStore map with incompatible value types, which can corrupt queue head and tail data and cause message loss, misdelivery, failed queue reloads, or exposure of queued content across sessions. This issue is fixed in version 0.18.1. |
| A vulnerability has been found in Krayin laravel-crm up to 2.2.5. The impacted element is the function Storage::download of the file packages/Webkul/Admin/src/Config/acl.php of the component attachment-download Endpoint. The manipulation of the argument ID leads to improper control of resource identifiers. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. Upgrading to version 2.2.6 is sufficient to resolve this issue. The identifier of the patch is 13d6988cda8d69ece45ee1890effc90a7f21cdc1. It is suggested to upgrade the affected component. |
| GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 18.2.7 before 19.1.8, 19.2 before 19.2.6, and 19.3 before 19.3.2 that under certain conditions could have allowed an authenticated user with project-level permissions to access restricted file contents on the server or cause denial of service due to improper validation of parameters in the Terraform state upload functionality. |
| A vulnerability was identified in Omega Solution HRM OS up to 20260717. The affected element is an unknown function of the file /role-permission/permission of the component Role Permission Retrieval Endpoint. Such manipulation of the argument roleId leads to improper control of resource identifiers. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
io_uring: prevent opcode speculation
sqe->opcode is used for different tables, make sure we santitise it
against speculations. |
| Improper control of resource identifiers ('resource injection') in Microsoft Exchange Server allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. |
| This CVE ID has been rejected or withdrawn by its CVE Numbering Authority. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bpf: bpf_local_storage: Always use bpf_mem_alloc in PREEMPT_RT
In PREEMPT_RT, kmalloc(GFP_ATOMIC) is still not safe in non preemptible
context. bpf_mem_alloc must be used in PREEMPT_RT. This patch is
to enforce bpf_mem_alloc in the bpf_local_storage when CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT
is enabled.

There is no need to adjust the gfp_flags passing to the
bpf_mem_cache_alloc_flags() which only honors the GFP_KERNEL.
The verifier has ensured GFP_KERNEL is passed only in sleepable context.
It has been an old issue since the first introduction of the
bpf_local_storage ~5 years ago, so this patch targets the bpf-next.
bpf_mem_alloc is needed to solve it, so the Fixes tag is set
to the commit when bpf_mem_alloc was first used in the bpf_local_storage. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
rxrpc: Fix handling of received connection abort
Fix the handling of a connection abort that we've received. Though the
abort is at the connection level, it needs propagating to the calls on that
connection. Whilst the propagation bit is performed, the calls aren't then
woken up to go and process their termination, and as no further input is
forthcoming, they just hang.
Also add some tracing for the logging of connection aborts. |

af_packet: fix vlan_get_tci() vs MSG_PEEK
Blamed commit forgot MSG_PEEK case, allowing a crash [1] as found
by syzbot.
Rework vlan_get_tci() to not touch skb at all,
so that it can be used from many cpus on the same skb.
Add a const qualifier to skb argument.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: hci_event: Fix using rcu_read_(un)lock while iterating
The usage of rcu_read_(un)lock while inside list_for_each_entry_rcu is
not safe since for the most part entries fetched this way shall be
treated as rcu_dereference:
Note that the value returned by rcu_dereference() is valid
only within the enclosing RCU read-side critical section [1]_.
For example, the following is **not** legal::
rcu_read_lock();
p = rcu_dereference(head.next);
rcu_read_unlock();
x = p->address; /* BUG!!! */
rcu_read_lock();
y = p->data; /* BUG!!! */

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: hci_conn: Use disable_delayed_work_sync
This makes use of disable_delayed_work_sync instead
cancel_delayed_work_sync as it not only cancel the ongoing work but also
disables new submit which is disarable since the object holding the work
is about to be freed. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
smb: During unmount, ensure all cached dir instances drop their dentry
The unmount process (cifs_kill_sb() calling close_all_cached_dirs()) can
race with various cached directory operations, which ultimately results
in dentries not being dropped and these kernel BUGs:
BUG: Dentry ffff88814f37e358{i=1000000000080,n=/} still in use (2) [unmount of cifs cifs]
VFS: Busy inodes after unmount of cifs (cifs)
------------[ cut here ]------------
kernel BUG at fs/super.c:661!
This happens when a cfid is in the process of being cleaned up when, and
has been removed from the cfids->entries list, including:
- Receiving a lease break from the server
- Server reconnection triggers invalidate_all_cached_dirs(), which
removes all the cfids from the list
- The laundromat thread decides to expire an old cfid.
To solve these problems, dropping the dentry is done in queued work done
in a newly-added cfid_put_wq workqueue, and close_all_cached_dirs()
flushes that workqueue after it drops all the dentries of which it's
aware. This is a global workqueue (rather than scoped to a mount), but
the queued work is minimal.
The final cleanup work for cleaning up a cfid is performed via work
queued in the serverclose_wq workqueue; this is done separate from
dropping the dentries so that close_all_cached_dirs() doesn't block on
any server operations.
Both of these queued works expect to invoked with a cfid reference and
a tcon reference to avoid those objects from being freed while the work
is ongoing.
While we're here, add proper locking to close_all_cached_dirs(), and
locking around the freeing of cfid->dentry. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net/mlx5e: kTLS, Fix incorrect page refcounting
The kTLS tx handling code is using a mix of get_page() and
page_ref_inc() APIs to increment the page reference. But on the release
path (mlx5e_ktls_tx_handle_resync_dump_comp()), only put_page() is used.
This is an issue when using pages from large folios: the get_page()
references are stored on the folio page while the page_ref_inc()
references are stored directly in the given page. On release the folio
page will be dereferenced too many times.
This was found while doing kTLS testing with sendfile() + ZC when the
served file was read from NFS on a kernel with NFS large folios support
(commit 49b29a573da8 ("nfs: add support for large folios")). |
