CVSS v3.1 |
| vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. From 0.24.0 until 0.30.0, the Qwen2VLVideoBackend and Qwen3VLVideoBackend classes accept request-level values for the media_io_kwargs.video.max_frames and media_io_kwargs.video.fps fields without enforcing server-side ceilings. An unauthenticated caller can submit these values to the /tokenize endpoint, causing the sampler to decode every frame selected from attacker-controlled video input, consume disproportionate frontend memory, and potentially terminate the API process before scheduling or admission control. The Rust frontend is not affected because it rejects the media_io_kwargs field. This issue is fixed in version 0.30.0. |
| A flaw was found in SSSD. An issue in the Kerberos Credential Manager (KCM) responder allows a local user to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by maintaining a persistent connection and repeatedly storing and destroying credentials. Because the service fails to release cached objects from memory when credentials are removed, memory consumption grows continuously, ultimately exhausting available memory and rendering the service unresponsive. |
| A flaw was found in SSSD. In configurations where the autofs responder service is enabled, memory allocated during successful request processing is not released until the client connection terminates. A local attacker can exploit this vulnerability by maintaining an open connection and repeatedly submitting valid requests, leading to memory exhaustion and a Denial of Service (DoS). |
| deeptutor 1.4.0 contains code injection in ExecTool.execute. Through the live tutorbot WebSocket interface, a remote caller can induce the tool layer to execute reviewer-chosen shell commands in the service environment. |
| A flaw was found in Undertow where malformed client requests can trigger server-side stream resets without triggering abuse counters. This issue, referred to as the "MadeYouReset" attack, allows malicious clients to induce excessive server workload by repeatedly causing server-side stream aborts. While not a protocol bug, this highlights a common implementation weakness that can be exploited to cause a denial of service (DoS). |
| Penpot is an open-source design and prototyping platform. Prior to 2.18.0, the chunked media upload RPC validates that a chunk index is in range but neither rejects an already stored index nor replaces its previous object. An authenticated user can repeatedly upload the same valid index, causing each successful request to allocate another temporary object and increasing stored bytes beyond the upload session's declared logical size. Assembly detects the inconsistent chunk count only after allocation. This issue is fixed in version 2.18.0. |
| Docling simplifies document processing by parsing diverse formats and providing integrations with the generative AI ecosystem. From 2.45.0 until 2.131.0, METS-GBS format detection in docling/datamodel/document.py and the backend in docling/backend/mets_gbs_backend.py call tarfile.TarFile.getmembers() before enforcing the max_member_count limit, causing the full archive member list to be allocated before the limit can stop processing. A small gzip-compressed tar archive with a very large number of empty members can therefore consume memory proportional to the declared member count, including during format detection before the allowed_formats restriction is applied. This issue is a residual weakness in the member-count protection added for CVE-2026-44018. This issue is fixed in 2.131.0. |
| Pexip Infinity 30.0 through 40.x before 41.0 is affected by improper input validation in the web server that allows a malicious attacker to render a Pexip Infinity node inaccessible. |
| Pexip Infinity before 41.0 is affected by improper input validation in the signaling implementation which allows a remote attacker to trigger a software abort resulting in a denial of service. Exploitation of this issue requires accessing a gateway call from a WebRTC/API client. |
| Allocation of resources without limits or throttling vulnerability in the Apache Struts REST plugin. A request body is read into memory without any bound on how much will be accepted, so a single request can cause the server to allocate memory in proportion to its size, exhausting the Java heap and denying service to other users. No additional setting has to be enabled. Applications that do not use the REST plugin are not affected.
This issue affects Apache Struts: from 2.1.8 through 2.3.37, from 2.5.0 through 2.5.33, from 6.0.0 through 6.11.0, from 7.0.0 through 7.3.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.12.0 or 7.4.0, which fixes the issue. |
| Denial-of-service in the SVG component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 156, Firefox ESR 153.3, Thunderbird 156, and Thunderbird 153.3. |
| Ash stores :atom-typed attributes as strings and compares them as strings. When such an attribute is referenced in a filter, the comparison value is coerced through Ash.Type.Atom. Because the type defined no coerce/2 callback, coercion fell back to the default (cast_input/2), which calls String.to_atom/1 when the attribute is configured with the unsafe_to_atom?: true constraint.
Filtering such an attribute with attacker-controlled strings therefore interned a new, permanent atom for every distinct value. Atoms are never garbage collected and the BEAM caps the atom table, so an actor who can supply filter values for a public, filterable :atom attribute declared with unsafe_to_atom?: true can exhaust the atom table and crash the node (denial of service). AshPaperTrail is a notable example: its version resources expose a public, filterable version_action_name atom attribute with unsafe_to_atom?: true by default.
The fix adds a coerce/2 to Ash.Type.Atom that never interns atoms — a comparison value is left as a string, since the type is stored and compared as a string. Setting the attribute from action input (cast_input/2, which still honors unsafe_to_atom?) is unchanged.
This issue affects ash: from 3.5.1 before 3.34.3. |
| Memory allocation with excessive size value vulnerability in Apache Directory LDAP API.
A malicious peer (or a MITM) can send a small BER-encoded response causing a large memory allocation before any data is received. This can lead to an OutOfMemoryError and denial of service.
The client JVM OOMs (OutOfMemoryError bypasses the DecoderException handlers) or pins the large allocation per connection while the attacker stalls.
A handful of connections exhausts any heap. The same bytes from an unauthenticated pre-bind client hit any embedding server that did not set MAX_PDU_SIZE_ATTR.
This issue affects Apache Directory LDAP API: from 1.2.0 before 1.2.9.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.2.9, which fixes the issue. |
| Denial-of-service in the Security component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 156, Firefox ESR 153.3, Thunderbird 156, and Thunderbird 153.3. |
| Denial-of-service in the Audio/Video component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 156 and Thunderbird 156. |
| Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, GET /api/users/api-tokens/ allows an authenticated user to retrieve API-token records, while PATCH /api/users/api-tokens/{token_id}/ allows the user to modify the token's allowed_rate_limit field without server-side validation or a maximum value. A user can raise the limit arbitrarily and bypass intended API rate-limiting controls, enabling high-volume automated requests, backend resource abuse, and possible resource exhaustion. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0. |
| A pre-authentication attacker could leverage type size/count handling to cause excessive allocation leading to potential denial of service.
This issue affects Apache Qpid Broker-J: through 10.1.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 10.1.1, which fixes the issue. |
| A pre-authentication attacker could leverage type size/count handling to cause excessive allocation leading to potential denial of service.
This issue affects Apache Qpid Broker-J: through 10.1.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 10.1.1, which fixes the issue. |
| A pre-authentication attacker could leverage type nesting to cause a StackOverflowError potentially leading to denial of service.
This issue affects Apache Qpid Broker-J: through 10.1.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 10.1.1, which fixes the issue. |
| pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.16.1, an attacker can craft a PDF that causes pypdf/_page.py PageObject._extract_text and PageObject.extract_xform_text to traverse a directed acyclic graph of reused form XObjects in which each form invokes a child multiple times, creating exponentially many traversal paths and causing long runtimes and large memory consumption. This issue is fixed in version 6.16.1. |
