CVE-2026-53902 1 Mycomplianceoffice 1 Mco 2026-07-06 N/A
MCO does not properly enforce authorization checks in the /customer/servlet/mco/webapi/profile-sections/group-membership endpoint. An authenticated user can modify their group membership without proper authorization checks, allowing privilege escalation. An attacker can add themselves to arbitrary groups by supplying a valid group ID, which can be obtained via other application functionalities (e.g. /customer/servlet/mco/webapi/group/picker/groups), provided he has necessary permissions, or potentially inferred through brute-force techniques. Because vendor contact attempts were unsuccessful, the vulnerability has only been confirmed in version 25.3.3.1 but may also affect other versions.

CVE-2026-59093 1 Weaviate 1 Weaviate 2026-07-06 8.8 High
Weaviate before 1.38.0 does not verify that a principal performing an RBAC role assignment holds the permissions granted by the assigned role. The assignRoleToUser and assignRoleToGroup handlers (POST /authz/users/{id}/assign and /authz/groups/{id}/assign) authorize only that the caller may assign roles to the target user or group, not the permissions contained in the assigned roles, unlike role creation which enforces that a user can only create roles with permissions less than or equal to its own. A user holding only the delegated assign_and_revoke_users or assign_and_revoke_groups permission can assign the built-in admin role, or any high-privilege custom role, to itself or others, escalating to full administrative control of the database.
CVE-2026-12823 1 Browserbase 2 Browserbase, Skills 2026-07-03 3.3 Low
A security flaw has been discovered in Browserbase Skills up to 20260526. This impacts an unknown function of the component Autobrowse Trace Artifact Handler. The manipulation results in incorrect default permissions. The attack requires a local approach. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The first version of the CVE listed Browserbase itself as affected product. This was incorrect as this issue does affect browserbase/skills instead. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure.
CVE-2026-5136 2 Red Hat, Redhat 5 Red Hat Satellite 6, Satellite, Satellite Capsule and 2 more 2026-07-01 8.8 High
A flaw was found in Foreman. The Usergroup model in Foreman does not properly validate role assignments against the calling user's permissions. This allows an authenticated user with usergroup management permissions to attach arbitrary roles, including administrative roles, to a user group and then add themselves as a member. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability leads to full privilege escalation, granting the attacker administrator-level access.
CVE-2026-57692 2 Lcweb, Wordpress 2 Privatecontent, Wordpress 2026-07-01 9.8 Critical
Incorrect Privilege Assignment vulnerability in LCweb PrivateContent allows Privilege Escalation. This issue affects PrivateContent: from n/a through 9.9.2.
CVE-2026-4629 1 Redhat 1 Build Keycloak 2026-07-01 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in Keycloak. A highly privileged user with `manage-clients` permission can exploit this vulnerability by injecting a hardcoded role mapper into any client. This action allows the user to bypass existing scope restrictions and inject the `realm-admin` role into generated tokens, resulting in privilege escalation and full administrative access to the realm.
CVE-2026-12388 1 Redhat 2 Build Keycloak, Build Of Keycloak 2026-06-30 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in the Identity Provider (IdP) mapper component of Keycloak, which is used to manage how user information from external services is mapped to Keycloak users. An administrator with limited permissions to manage identity providers can exploit this flaw by creating a "Hardcoded Role" mapper that assigns high-level administrative roles (like realm-admin) to themselves or others. This allows a restricted administrator to bypass security checks and gain full control over the entire realm.
CVE-2026-45259 1 Freebsd 1 Freebsd 2026-06-29 6.5 Medium
sigqueue(2) was marked as permitted in capability mode with the introduction of Capsicum in 2011, but the implementation of kern_sigqueue did not include a capability mode check restricting signal delivery to the calling process's own PID. A process in capability mode can use sigqueue(2) to send signals to any process it could signal following standard Unix permissions, bypassing the Capsicum sandbox restriction. A compromised sandboxed process could interfere with other processes, for example by sending SIGKILL or SIGSTOP. This could be any process running as the same user, or any process, for a superuser sandboxed process.
CVE-2026-53075 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-28 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ppp: require CAP_NET_ADMIN in target netns for unattached ioctls /dev/ppp open is currently authorized against file->f_cred->user_ns, while unattached administrative ioctls operate on current->nsproxy->net_ns. As a result, a local unprivileged user can create a new user namespace with CLONE_NEWUSER, gain CAP_NET_ADMIN only in that new user namespace, and still issue PPPIOCNEWUNIT, PPPIOCATTACH, or PPPIOCATTCHAN against an inherited network namespace. Require CAP_NET_ADMIN in the user namespace that owns the target network namespace before handling unattached PPP administrative ioctls. This preserves normal pppd operation in the network namespace it is actually privileged in, while rejecting the userns-only inherited-netns case.
CVE-2026-53249 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-26 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv4: restrict IPOPT_SSRR and IPOPT_LSRR options This patch restricts setting Loose Source and Record Route (LSRR) and Strict Source and Record Route (SSRR) IP options to users with CAP_NET_RAW capability. This prevents unprivileged applications from forcing packets to route through attacker-controlled nodes to leak TCP ISN and possibly other protocol information. While LSRR and SSRR are commonly filtered in many network environments, they may still be supported and forwarded along some network paths. RFC 7126 (Recommendations on Filtering of IPv4 Packets Containing IPv4 Options) recommend to drop these options in 4.3 and 4.4.
CVE-2026-53168 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-26 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: reject fuse_notify() pagecache ops on directories The operations FUSE_NOTIFY_STORE and FUSE_NOTIFY_RETRIEVE allow the FUSE daemon to actively write/read pagecache contents. For directories with FOPEN_CACHE_DIR, the pagecache is used as kernel-internal cache storage, and userspace is not supposed to have direct access to this cache - in particular, fuse_parse_cache() will hit WARN_ON() if the cache contains bogus data. Reject FUSE_NOTIFY_STORE and FUSE_NOTIFY_RETRIEVE on anything other than regular files with -EINVAL.
CVE-2026-53236 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-25 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: restrict SO_ATTACH_FILTER to priv users This patch restricts the use of SO_ATTACH_FILTER (cBPF) on TCP sockets to users with CAP_NET_ADMIN capability. This blocks potential side-channel attack where an unprivileged application attaches a filter to leak TCP sequence/acknowledgment numbers.
CVE-2026-52944 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-06-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: fix FSCTL permission bypass by adding a permission check for FSCTL_SET_SPARSE FSCTL_SET_SPARSE in fsctl_set_sparse() modifies the file's sparse attribute and saves it through xattr without any permission checks. This exposes two issues: 1) A client on a read-only share can change the sparse attribute on files it opened, even though the share is read-only. Other FSCTL write operations already check test_tree_conn_flag(work->tcon, KSMBD_TREE_CONN_FLAG_WRITABLE), but FSCTL_SET_SPARSE does not. 2) Even on writable shares, clients without FILE_WRITE_DATA or FILE_WRITE_ATTRIBUTES access should not modify the sparse attribute. Similar handle-level checks exist in other functions but are missing here. Add both share-level writable check and per-handle access check. Use goto out on error to avoid leaking file references.
